This is my go to dental place in az for the past few years! It's no longer under bradshaw and is now called gillard dental! The cleaning is always thorough and they've never made a wrong diagnosis or saying I need fillings for cavities that I don't have (you will be surprised how common this is). I've gone to 2 other places in avondale and Scottsdale before but they weren't my cup of tea. The one in avondale said that I had multiple cavities and would need refilling for all of them. I have friends and family who work in dentistry but live in ca. I sent them my x-rays and they said there's nothing wrong with them and the other place was trying to scam me. This was a very reputable office too. Overall, service and communication are great here! Dentist and the staff are very friendly, and I crack up everytime we have conversations during the appts. I contacted Bradshaw Dental because I had a crown fall off. I expected a long wait for an appointment due to current conditions in the labor market, but I was given an appointment the same day as my call. Every person I came into contact with at this office was very personable and delightful to talk to. I could not have asked for a better first impression of a place that most of us hate to go to. My whole family and I have been going to Dr. Bradshaw and his staff for over three years now and we love them. They are very friendly, attentive, and I never walk out feeling like I am being pushed into any service I do not want. They work great with us and answer any questions we have. We normally have just cleanings, but I have had work done with them also and could not be happier or more impressed with the level of attention and care. I had a wisdom tooth removed and chipped tooth repaired. My husband had a cavity filled and we were both happy. (Well not about having to have the work done, but with how fast we got in and the amazing service.) They are also great with my girls, especially Rose. We moved to Arizona in December of 2019 and we needed to find a dentist. My GF went to Bradshaw Dental and told me she had an excellent experience. I gave them a try and I'm glad I did. I felt very comfortable with their Covid precautions and appreciated their diligence. I only had to have my teeth cleaned so my visit was easy. My dental hygienist did a great job of making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and answered all of my questions. After my cleaning, Dr. Bradshaw gave me an examination. He checked everything out and made sure that all of my questions had been answered and gave me some excellent dental care tips. I just had the best experience this morning. I was a little apprehensive as my dentist, Dr. Bradshaw, had just retired and I was seeing the dentist that had taken over his practice. I worried needlessly. As always, my hygienist Shay was superb. She is thorough, personable, and listens to concerns. Dr. Gillard then came in to review X-rays and follow up on concerns with implants, etc. He is super and I truly am in good hands. Today was my first time at Dr Bradshaw's office and I had a very positive experience with Shay, dental hygienist. She gave me new information on after brushing my teeth at night to not rinse my mouth but leave it alone while sleeping. The salivary glands that create plaque are not working while asleep. Who knew!?! Dr. Bradshaw is very down to earth and caring . I recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially families with children as they will work slowly and not tie children down. Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are top shelf. I appreciate the manner in which they go out of their way to schedule appointments. They are also excellent at notifications from cancellations to rescheduling, though rescheduling is extremely rare. The office environment is professional and clean. Moved to the valley recently and have been in search for a new family dentist. This office is great! They were able to arrange for my family of 5 to all have appointments on the same day. I went to Dr. Bradshaw because I moved from out of state. I actually selected him because of his Yelp reviews and here I am adding to them. I felt really comfortable as soon as I walked in and was met by the people in reception. They were welcoming and funny and a joy to deal with. Becky was great and did my cleaning, x-rays, and dental check. She explained all that she was doing and what services they had to offer to help me reach my personal dental goals- I.e. whiteness, alignment, etc. No hard sell. I had my cleaning today. The lady that did my teeth was awkward and kept saying you could have whiter teeth let me tell you how! I thought it was rude, she was older in her 50s and new. I told her in the beginning that my insurance didn't cover Floride and she's like oh it's ok most insurance do. So after critiasing my entire cleaning, she took forever to so three x-rays. Dr Bradshaw is awesome but this lady just kept criticizing my teeth and this and that. She kept hitting me with the wire while I was laying there and as she pulled out the tools hit my teeth every time. I've been going for years and never had a issue. I just hope she gets the hang of it. It was a rough visit for me which should of been a quick visit took forever read more

We moved over to Dr. Bradshaw about 3 years ago and have been quite satisfied with his office services and their professionalism. We left a dentistry that was only blocks away from our home to drive 30 minutes to Dr. Bradshaw because it is worth it. I have never experienced this type of professionalism and service from a dentist office in 51 years. My son just had four baby teeth extracted, 3 with full roots, yesterday. Dr. Bradshaw was so patient with him and ensured the procedure was as painless as possible. Once the Novocain wore off my son had minimal pain and felt well enough to go to school today. I have heard of nightmares about other children who were in severe pain after just having two teeth extracted. I highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw. read more
