I had no idea it wasn't allowed however it was apparently in the waivers but I missed that. You sign about 10 waivers. They also charged me a $25 fee because my card didn't go through. She claims she reached out to me multiple times about payment but she only said something ONE time after I questioned her about the fee. Also, the restroom situation is crazy to me. You have mamas in there with young children. Not allowed to use the bathroom. This company only cares about the money and not the students. Do yourself and more importantly your child a favor and go somewhere else.

However, once I got in there my doubts were completely over. She has taught me techniques that I really thought only belonged to people with a natural ability to sing.
