TBH I was more bummed out about the bike more than the injuries. Insurance reached out and highly recommended the AWESOME team at RPE Motorcycle. After doing some review reading with both HD and RPE, I decided to pull the trigger with RPE. They had glowing reviews from a bunch of people who decided to go this route rather than the dealership. When my bike was picked up, I had to pleasure of meeting Rob. He assured me the bike would "come back SO MUCH BETTER than what it was." He and his team updated me every step of the way, from when parts came in, options for alternative parts, or even if there were any delays in shipping. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION! When I finally got the call that the bike was ready (so much faster than I expected), I rushed over. Rob was there to hand off the keys and we went through what he and his team had done with my baby! He is 100% a man of his word. The bike came back to me SO MUCH BETTER. Since then, the bike has been running smoothly, practically brand fxcking new with that sparkling shine to prove it. He trying giving some excuses about how he lost his shop and gave me an address to pick my bike up. Upon arrival he had 15-20 bikes in his garage saying some where customers bikes and he's going to try and put them in his name and register!!! I called M Racing and got an estimate for some work. Talked with David and he was helpful. I…read moredecided to clean my chain and install a new battery myself, went into M Racing and David was very knowledgeable and helpful, I bought a battery, some supplies and David took the time to talk and make suggestions. Last item on the list was an oil change and I opted to have M Racing do that. David did the oil change, took it out for a test drive and was very helpful with suggestions. He spotted a plastic cap on the cooling reservoir tank that needed replacement and we ordered the inexpensive part. I had an issue with the throttle on my bike. It would work fine going through the gears but cruising, there was a slight pause before response in accelerating. For some reason the oil change resolved the issue. The throttle became more sensitive so slight speed changes. It was probably the engine working better with the synthetic oil. Shifting improved immensely, became much smoother and the Triumph feels like is has an automatic transmission. My bike felt like a new bike when driving home with the short term maintenance done. After trying a handful of smaller shops with availability and a shade tree chopper mechanic…read more,getting royaly screwed each time...each time I went deeper in debt with nothing gained on my harley but a couple new things needing to be fixed.. I finally called David at M Racing....got on the waiting list and it was a wait..it seemed like the day was never going to come.. I gave David my budget , tossed him my keys and left it to him.. Minutes seemed like days since fires ruled the sky's, the rich became the beggers and the fools became the wise..hear the prophets make their guess that paradise lies to the west. So join in the quest for the sun.. And then alas, the glorious day came when I got the call from David at M Racing! I took a lyft over, he explained everything to me as did one of his techs..both men absolute gentleman ,both absolutely passionate about their craft.. And get this..they came in at 1/3 my budget.. My bike is running like a bat out of hell now..clean, efficient and strong..like a Harley should...thank you David and the entire crew of professionals at M Racing on route 66 in Monrovia.. I'll definitely be brining my bike back for future repairs and upgrades..

After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.
