If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, had a family members vehicle towed by OSP who used Oregon Towing. Called their office to find out the fees necessary to release the vehicle. Was greeted by the rudest person, who began yelling at me and telling me to refer to the police paperwork and hung up on me. When I went to retrieve the vehicle, he threatened to call the police and charge me more for having an attitude. I told him he was the one that set the tone for this transaction and reminded him that it's not illegal to have an attitude but it is illegal to withhold my property or charge me more than what was noted on OSP's . Once I got access to the vehicle, I Observed it was missing a back wing window and now have this to contend with. Oh, and the paperwork, yep you guessed it...the fees were incorrect and incomplete. Got cussed out and yelled at for simply asking a question. Tow truck driver left without offering any assistance. When I called the number on the side of the truck the same guy answer and yelled at me again saying he was the owner and continued to cuss me out. Terrible customer service. the nerve of this company! 460 dollar milage charge for 61 miles total. $300 in lien fees. The rudest customer service person ever! $200 in "special equipment" whatever that means, $100 dispatch and $250 towing fee also included All in all like $1,600 they got in Friday evening we got it Monday. tried using our triple a to have car towed police said no and called this company. Has to be some sorts partnership with these fees.. holy smokes read more

I had to have a dead battery jumped in my car on Christmas night. The dead battery resulted from the back of my hand accidentally hitting my cabin light as I was putting the sun visor in the front window of my car two days prior. I did not know how the battery had gone dead until after the service guy had gone. When my car battery was jumped, it set off my car alarm. When the guy opened my engine compartment, he told me I had a "cheap" battery in my car. I was stunned! My car is a little over 2 years old, only has 6,000 miles on it and is in emaculate condition! Today when I went to run errands, I tried to open my passenger window a crack before backing out of my driveway. The button to open the window did not work. I called this shop and asked if there was a possibility that a fuse could have been blown when my battery was charged and the car alarm was set off. I was given a very rude reply and told that my battery went dead because my car "probably had other issues." I have never had any issues with this car before getting the battery jumped. I always have regular maintenance checks done on it. As I continued my conversation, I was hung up on. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life! I have already filed a complaint with the insurance company who recommended these jerks to me and will probably follow up with a Better Business Bureau complaint. BUYER BEWARE !!!! read more

I had the worst experience today dealing with my tow. My Insurance co set it up and I was told The tow would be at my house between 8 and 8:30 and my repair shop opened at 9 so that would work. I get a text at 7am this morning saying they were coming out. I called them and said it was suppose to be after 8 and the OWNER said that isn't his problem. I said the Insurance company set this up and he said he doesn't schedule he does them when he wants to . I said the business will not be open to take the truck and again he said that is not his problem. He said that a total of 5 times. I said I am not sure what to do, and he said I do, I am canceling your tow and hung up on me. I called the Insurance co and they ordered another company but it turned out to be the same one. I called and had to speak to the owner again and he said yes we got a second order and sarcastically said : I hope it meets your time needs. Somehow after the truck was picked up another company came. I told them that it was already picked up but I wish he had come before them because of issues I had with the owner, And he said let me guess.. Oregon Towing and Road service and I said yes. He said that guy is his way or no way and is know for berating customers. So stay away unless you want to be abused. read more

Car battery died out there on grants pass, I called Oregon towing to tell them about my issue and how I just needed a jump start. The guy who answered just said, doesn't seem like it's the battery and just said "oh well, can't help you" I hope this place gets now business and closes down. I would recommend "Dixon Towing" great customer service very friendly and came out to help with the quickness. 5 stars and then some for Dixon towing. read more
