We left our three large energetic dogs here for 11-days while we went back east two weeks ago. When we first got there, the dogs were all excited to go in and see their buddies. I think Ezra was disappointed because one of his dog friends was not there this time. The staff meets you at a specific time so that you can offload their bedding, toys and food or talk about any concerns and go over feeding schedules. We opted for a video cam as we'd never left them this long...it was only $5/day and fun to time into the pups and see them. We had them bathed this time and they did a great job and it was very reasonable. We have not used them for training yet. Highly recommend all the staff and the facility is state of art. The outside fences paddocks and security is excellent. Dogs are "interviewed" and are allowed to play together in safe groups without fear of attack. If you want piece of mind, Board here.

After I told him that we will be taking him early, he exploded at me saying "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? FOR A SMALL BITE?" Absolutely not Okay! Have some professionalism! You or your workers didn't even notice it and who knows when that happened! It could have been infected and killed my puppy! Good thing because I would have sued the living shit out of this place if it did... Not okay... My puppy was also not the same after. He picked up so many BAD HABITS from this place! K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up. He did not receive his prescribed medication, was left out in bad weather, and suffered severe injuries to his paws -- the pads were split open, and he could barely walk for days. This all happened over the course of just three days. Since then, he's been anxious and fearful, even when we leave him at home for short periods. It's heartbreaking to see him this way after what he went through. We trusted this facility to care for our family member, and that trust was completely broken.
