I knew what I was getting myself into when I came here for a second time. The first time here it was nice I went with their premium package with all the ads ons. However since I had a ceramic coat applied on my car, today I went with the basic wash and the under carriage wash (which in my opinion does clean the build up in the Illinois road conditions) Alright back to the point, I came to detail my car by hand, touch up with my own premium products and to only find MORE scratches on my paint. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back due to the scratches I now have on my car.. I'm sure it's due to the brushes and the amount of dirty cars that come in. I'm not sure how often then change or clean their bristles on these automatic washes but I surely saw at least 10% new scratches on my car.. its a bummer but however I did ceramic sealed my paint again. Long run I don't recommend this place unless they do something about their brushes. I'm going to hand wash my car or take my car to a professional detailer which is fine. To repaint panels or the car wil cost more than a "convenience wash"

Said he has never received a complaint on him. This is the second encounter where this man has treated me like I was a stupid woman. I left with soap frozen to my car. There was no apology nothing. Another couch which reminds me of something that came out of that 70's show. The carpet is dirty, the TV is not plugged in, no trash can, or complimentary beverages/vending machine. The doors are kept open so its really loud, I can hear the vacuum and its freezing in here. No customer service what so ever. My wait time was 45 min, just to find my the garbage on my side door not cleaned out . The quality of work they performed inside and outside of my vehicle ,definitely leaves room for improvement. In my opinion the owner of this place needs to really step it up. If your prices are going to be this high the least you could do is invest in your waiting area.

We opted to get my car detailed today and are very pleased! It looks nicer than when I bought it. The detailers did a great job and even got off paint transfer from someone sideswiping me while I was at work. We really appreciate Rudy and the whole team for giving my car a facelift:).
