Awesome job! Will definitely use this service anytime we move. Also refer everyone we know! Took only a couple hours to clean out the whole house! I have 2 dogs and my roommate has 1. When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! I needed to move out of a small studio apartment before October 1st and needed it to be professionally cleaned for my landlord to do an inspection. Due to my procrastination and a busy work schedule, I waited until the very last minute (September 29th) to look for a cleaning business. I decided to reach out to Yelp for suggestions and did the option of requesting quotes from 10 different cleaning businesses. Tai from All-Star Cleaners gave me an immediate response back and provided me with a quote of $120 to clean the entire apartment and get it ready for my landlord's inspection. We scheduled for September 30th at 11:00 AM. Tai and his colleague were punctual, completed the work in good time. Cleaning was done efficiently and the place looked great when I did a walkthrough of the place. I'll be able to get my security deposit back thanks to their excellent job! Thank you Tai! Tai Le was very friendly and professional dealing with me and also very prompt in his responses and showed up with his helpers on site and in a very timely manner in the morning as agreed upon. Also, his pair of helping cleaning hands were excellent! They brought all of their own cleaning supplies and solutions in a bag and when I showed them how to use an orbital sanding tool to help with the surface cleaning, they were very thorough and good at following directions. I also needed some hard to reach areas including the skylight glass, the ceilings, and the recessed lighting areas wiped clean. When I explained this to Tai, I didn't have the ladder equipment ready so he came back the next day and his team of men were very careful with the ladders making sure to clear the area and not break anything or injure themselves. At the end of the day, they left my place looking brighter and shinier and cleaner and I had a great conversation with Tai and were all satisfied. This is going to be my first 1 star review I've ever written but I will not be recommending All-Star Cleaners ever. Back in 2016 my spouse and I hired Tai to do a cleaning of a small studio in town on a last minute notice. He was extremely professional in setting up a quick clean for us. The employee who came did a great job, he was a bit late due to car trouble but still finished his job. Fast forward to last week when we scheduled a cleaning of our recently vacated one bedroom apartment. We decided to use Tai again due to the great experience we had the first time. Tai was barley responding to messages that both myself and my wife sent. He communicated to me date and service but communicates to her the price. We were having to go back and forth each texting him to see what would be the agreed agenda. Today 12/27 was suppose to be our cleaning day since i turn in my keys on Sunday and he CANCELS... first he doesn't respond to any of my messages and then the day of our cleaning he cancels on me and says he has to reschedule when I planned my key turn in based on this cleaning. I am extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism through this second experience. Luckily my wife and I spent this morning texting around and just found a cleaner who can come in and help us out of this jam. read more

Tai was absolutely amazing. We had to hire a professional cleaner to do a move out cleaning of our rental, and of course the cleaners our property manager recommended were unreliable/expensive. I requested a couple of quotes through Yelp and Tai offered the most thorough cleaning at an extremely competitive price. When I say he went above and beyond, he really did. To the point of cleaning the insides of small kitchen appliances and organizing the drawers and closets. He took about 3 hours, was very responsive, and did everything from A - Z. I recently relocated to the mainland and needed to prepare the unit I was renting for inspection. In the past I have cleaned apartments I lived in myself as I haven't been all that impressed by professional cleaners in the past, however, I needed to have my unit professionally cleaned per my lease. I found all-star cleaners online and they seemed to have better reviews than many other companies. I emailed for a quote and Tai able to get back to me with an estimate and I was able to schedule my cleaning. I had received quotes from about 5 different companies and all-star cleaners was by far the best price for a move-out/carpet clean on my 1-bedroom unit. On the day of the clean, they did arrive a little late but I was in contact with them and aware of the delay. Tai arrived with one coworker and the 2 of them were very quick and thorough with their cleaning. Unlike some other businesses, I did not have to pay additional fees for refrigerator/freezer cleaning, which was spotless once they were complete. They also were able to remove some darkened/stained areas in the entryway carpeting. It took about 2 hours for them to finish with the cleaning. They were only able to take cash for payment at the time I had the cleaning done, so do be aware of that, but it was a minor inconvenience for the savings and they did a wonderful job. They emailed a receipt for payment for the cleaning which I was able to send to my landlord, and after my unit was inspected, I was informed I would be receiving my full security deposit. I wasn't satisfied with how this person Tai treated me even charging me $125 for a shitty job... we are talking about cleaning a small room less than 400 sa ft with a bathroom shower which he didn't even clean especially the shower and walls claiming that this is a mildew issue and he doesn't want to touch it??? whatever!!! Ok I can't express enough in words how pleased I was with using their services. I did horrible planning because I forgot to plan a cleaner for our place and trust me I tried on my own( it's a lot harder than it looks) I called and left a voicemail, and tai got back to me within minutes. I was already impressed because other company's don't get back to you until the next day ( if your lucky) I explained my situation and Tai was super flexible, mind you I had asked him for a short turn around (which isn't easy for most businesses to do) I had him do move out cleaning for our old apartment. when he was finished the unit looked just like it did when we first moved in. Very late in writing this review but it is still on my mind so... Hired him Dec. 2017 to clean an empty apartment, cement floors, small kitchen with a fridge but no other appliances. Tai arrive with a vacuum and a squirt bottle of what looked like Simple Green. I should have turned him around then but my sister was getting out of the hospital and we had one week to clean and furnish a gutted apartment. Two hours later he calls and says he is done. I found he didn't clean out the drawers in the kitchen, wipe down the counters, wipe down the fridge, clean the tubs or tile. Basically he vacuumed and maybe squirted a few things with his bottle. He originally told me he would clean the entire apt. in 4 hours for 400$. Only there for 2 hours but still wanted his 400$ I couldn't believe it when he told me he cleans mostly vacation rentals. When I asked how long it takes him to clean one unit he told me sometimes 20 minutes. Really? Unfortunately I deleted all of the pictures I took that day. I wouldn't use or recommend him. read more
