So, I read the reviews for Maid in Oahu and decided to try then. They did a great job communicating what they were able to do and what they were not able to do. Which is pretty straightforward. For example, they are not able to pull out an oven/refrigerator from the wall for cleaning. But if you can find someone to do this heavy work- they will clean the area. It's a liability issue I get it. But if you are not physically able to do this or if you don't have anyone else who can do this for you then you are just out of luck. So, if there are things that are required for a move out per your lease I recommend that you send them the move out cleaning requirements. They are very transparent about what they will/won't do an that is fair. Pricing and scheduling was set, confirmed and re-confirmed. Additionally, the confirmations etc. were verbal and in writing which was very helpful. All in all , I did receive my security deposit so I am content with the service.

We requested that the bathroom, kitchen, (including the oven) be cleaned and the baseboards in our apartment be wiped down because our apartment had been flooded. The positives: Communication was great and they were very responsive. On the day of the job, they were punctual and confirmed the job details before starting. The baseboards and the bathroom were cleaned well. Negative: The kitchen however, was a half-assed job. The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends and family and in the future I will do better research.
