Great service and food. Stop here often on my way to work or even on a day off. Fresh healthy juices or a tuna sandwich is my go-to.

The donuts taste amazing and they're always fresh. The family is helpful and happy to serve to community as they seem to know many regulars!

They have the best sandwiches in the IE. The donuts are pretty good too. They sandwiches are huge. The roast beef is very moist and tender.

Because tucked into a cozy front corner of the liquor store is Lisa's Sandwiches, which serves up meticulously prepared submarine sandwiches that could double as a weapon, given their ample heft. While Lisa's offers outdoor seating, I suggest you order your sandwich to go ... Given the, um, dearth of ambiance. I arrived after a shift at 8:30pm, was greeted at the window by Lisa herself or her gifted colleague. I say gifted because I was smitten with the obvious care and attention to detail she brought to preparing my order. In today's world where Jimmy John's and their ilk will whip out skinny flute-shaped sandoes in around 90 seconds, it's very refreshing to still see sandos made with such craftsmanship! I'd tabbed a Godfather, sized large and lemme tell you... ...As my photos will attest, this sandwich could pull double duty as a modern day mace or billy club, in a pinch! Even one HALF of the sub is nearly the size of my wife's quart-sized jar of cocoa butter!! The Godfather is comprised of ham, capicola and mortadella with lettuce, tomato, onions, salt/pepper and vinegar dressing. I had 'em withhold the pickles and, on future orders, I'll strip out the salt since the meats themselves are already well salinated. Lisa's makes a dozen or so cold subs plus a quartet of hot ones including meatball, BBQ Beef and Polish Sausage. In a hurry, don't feel like waiting the 7-8 minutes she takes to lovingly assemble your cavernous sub? Call ahead and they'll pre-make your order. Finally- Lisa's prices offer you just as much value as they do size. I spent $12.99 for my (darn-near) 12-pk sized monster. On output alone, my sub was the equivalent of two Subway footlongs or a trio (mebbe even a quartet!) of Jimmy John's sandwiches! Not feeding a crowd? A regular size will set you back $7.75 and is still quite capacious.

They advertise as having vegan food but she didn't know which ones were vegan. I got the avocado toast and the avocado spread looked a little brown. It was really overpriced too. The avocado toast was small and with the drink the total amount for my order was $20. While I was eating it, it tasted a little off. 30 min after eating it, I started getting stomach pains and later threw up in the restroom and continued to have the runs and threw up two more times after we left. When I told the cashier I think I ate something spoiled cus I threw up, she seemed really unbothered and I had to ask for a refund. Her coworker, instead of providing a refund, a young rude girl with stickers on her face, proceeded to give me attitude and blame it on my diet (?) because I ordered THEIR vegan avocado toast. She seemed suspicious of me saying their food made me sick. She also said she'd been working here for 4 years and never had issues with their avocado. Like I'm just telling her what happened.. but she felt the need to get defensive and blame it on me. Such rudeness and unprofessionalism instead of acknowledging that something may have gone wrong with the food, provide a remedy or offer an apology. The food didn't even taste that good and my friend wasn't impressed with his food either. Do these young people not understand the meaning of customer service? If not, don't work in customer service. Having basic decency and not acting like a brat would be a good start.

It's definitely not for a large party. There are three tables inside, but there's really not much space. A couple of smaller tables outside, but just order to go and pick a couch outside instead Staff was fine. She said they're known for their pizzas, so okay, I ordered a whole cheese pizza and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She tells me it'll take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Not once did someone come out to inform me if my order was ready or delayed. Okay.... the place wasn't busy, there was nobody in line. I go inside to check on the status of my order. Employee sees me and hands me a paper bag that's been sitting behind the counter. As she hands me the bag, she tells me they ran out of fettuccine so it's spaghetti Alfredo... I share the pizza. Nothing spectacular. Friends said Little Caesar's Pizza is better. The chicken spaghetti Alfredo was okay. Chicken was super dry. I wouldn't recommend either. I'll give this place another shot and will try something else next time. But, $40+ for cheese pizza and dry chicken pasta? Not worth it. If the next time it is better, I'll let y'all know.
