I found this place when I was passing on the way to work since I have went to a different one and it didn't even have any donuts I was looking for since I was getting it for my co workers to thank them. The staff here were friendly and helpful. Luckily they were open really early and had the donuts I wanted. I tried the donuts and it's delicious! I would definitely come here again to bring more donuts for my co workers. The parking lot is small, but still enough parking.

A good selection of the original donuts and nothing too fancy but I love it! Glad I got my glazed and apple fritter fix! Highly recommend if you're near or passing through Pomona. I saw 2 employees while I was there and they were friendly and helpful. Also got 2 croissants with ham/cheese/jalapeño. I plan on coming back and getting some for family sometime! The donuts tasted fresh and NOT day old. Soft bread texture and the sugary dough.

One of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. I got the turkey and ham sub and wow! The flavor was amazing and the sandwich was hearty and very filling. Great prices. Don't waste your time going to subway, come here instead. Fast service, great food, 10/10 will be coming back and telling friends about this place

First time here today. I always pass it when I get gas across the street at the Arco station in Towne Ave. What has caught my eye is the wall mural behind the building. The parking lot has about 10 spaces for people who want to eat on site. The drive thru has about 4 cars ahead of me, so while I waited I looked out my window to the gorgeous morning sky and mountains to the north. The line moved quickly, about 20 minutes, and I ordered two dozen donut holes for $5.50 to share at work. Did you know it takes 4 donut holes to equal a whole donut? So enjoy 1-2 with your morning coffee or tea, then 1-2 later with the afternoon energy slump, and you're golden! Haha The gentleman who greeted me and took my order and the lady who filled the bags with the glazed deliciousness were both friendly and kind. I'll definitely be back! read more

We recently moved to Pomona and had a hard time finding good donuts. Found Sunrise and stopped looking! They have the best croissants AND donuts AND iced coffee! Definitely the best donut shop in Pomona. They are always so nice and friendly when we go. Warning, they do run out of donuts, that's how good they are! Oh and they even have a drive thru! read more

Tried this sandwich place for the first time with my son. I ordered the turkey ham sandwich. It was incredible! So good! I love how much vegetables, cheese, ham and mayo are inside of the sandwich. It all balances out so well . My son ordered a turkey cheese egg croissant sandwich. It was still warm when we got home he enjoyed it very much. read more

Absolutely delicious!!! We've come here a few times. We love their croissant sandwiches. Super delicious. And when you want a donut this is the place to go!! One of my favorite apple fritters in the area. I've heard raving reviews of their maple bars but sadly they were all out my last visit, So next time. The service has always been great. It may take a while if you order sandwiches but that's because they're made to order, and they're absolutely worth the wait! They have a drive thru. I've used it once. It was pretty convenient. Food is great and affordable. If you want a nice warm breakfast sandwich, you should definitely come here! The service was also amazing, the guy working there (who I assume may own the place) was quick to come out with our meals. He was precise and got down everything he kept throwing at him when ordering. The overall feel of the place was quite homey and local-feeling. This place is one of those special little hole in the walls that makes it feel proud to call it your hometown. I hope this restaurant continues to thrive because it is definitely a special place. Always noticed and drove past this little hole in the wall shop but I randomly decided to stop by and ordered myself a bacon egg and cheese croissant with 3 donuts and the croissant was amazing the cheese they used was so delicious with the buttery croissant. I haven't tried the donuts, but the sandwiches are awesome! Everything is made fresh, you can choose bagel, bread or croissant. Prices can't be beat. Love the veggie sandwich especially since it includes sprouts! Wouldn't get a breakfast sandwich from anywhere else. read more

Sunrise has a great egg, cheese, sausage bagel. They're donuts are pretty good too. If you need a lil kick in the morning, they have milk tea and thai tea. You know it's good when their drive-thru and walk-up have lines on Saturday mornings. The Croissant sandwiches never disappoint! Classic donuts available at reasonable prices. The drive-thru is convenient if you don't want to get off, but it does move slower than the walk-up. Our go-to spot for croissant sandwiches! read more

World famous maple bars the best in town I have tried other maple bars from other places and hands down sunrise donuts are 100% amazing dont know what they do but heck they are world famous in my eyes. Somehow even if it's been several months they still remember me and my order, and everyone else in line for that matter. The donuts are amazing, yes, the coffee is always fresh and awesome, but what is really their hidden gem that will blow you away are their sandwiches. Order the ham and cheese sandwich and you will forever be ruined on how good a sandwich can really be... Plus the drive thru, the fact that they take credit cards, so many reasons to Love this place! read more

In today's world where Jimmy John's and their ilk will whip out skinny flute-shaped sandoes in around 90 seconds, it's very refreshing to still see sandos made with such craftsmanship! I'd tabbed a Godfather, sized large and lemme tell you... ...As my photos will attest, this sandwich could pull double duty as a modern day mace or billy club, in a pinch! Even one HALF of the sub is nearly the size of my wife's quart-sized jar of cocoa butter!! The Godfather is comprised of ham, capicola and mortadella with lettuce, tomato, onions, salt/pepper and vinegar dressing. I had 'em withhold the pickles and, on future orders, I'll strip out the salt since the meats themselves are already well salinated. Lisa's makes a dozen or so cold subs plus a quartet of hot ones including meatball, BBQ Beef and Polish Sausage. In a hurry, don't feel like waiting the 7-8 minutes she takes to lovingly assemble your cavernous sub? Call ahead and they'll pre-make your order. Finally- Lisa's prices offer you just as much value as they do size. I spent $12.99 for my (darn-near) 12-pk sized monster. On output alone, my sub was the equivalent of two Subway footlongs or a trio (mebbe even a quartet!) of Jimmy John's sandwiches! Not feeding a crowd? A regular size will set you back $7.75 and is still quite capacious.
