I usually don't have an issue with this location because I frequent it for lunch, however I have had this same problem happen several times so I just want to give a heads up to others who come here. I ordered a number 8 mike's way and wanted to add CPR and banana peppers. Not a difficult order, right? One worker started working on my sandwich and then eventually handed it off to someone else down the line because they had to get started on the next ones. Makes sense. But what doesn't make sense is the absolute lack of communication between them and the person that takes over. I moved over to pay for my meal so I didn't have a chance to watch the completion of my sandwich. I unwrapped it to find no bacon (on a club sub) and no banana peppers. I just don't understand because y'all are literally right next to eachother. Even if you don't hear me say my order (which I repeated several times) your coworker right next to you should be able to tell you. No communication amongst the workers at all led to a disappointing meal. If you come here, really gotta watch and make sure the your sandwich comes out right. read more

I work near this location and came at -pm during a working day and I found this location to be relatively quick! I ordered the original Italian and the staff were really friendly and quick with my order. Additionally, I came with two other co workers and we had a great lunch because they were so quick and the are we ate was clean and spacious, I would come back here anytime for lunch but they take to go orders so take it to go if you don't have the time so sit but overall great experience! Second time I've ordered Rosemary parmesan bread and I get regular white. If you're going to change my order at least let me know that you did, also, I love eating at this place they have really great sandwiches which would be better if they could make them exactly like the online order says.. I've eaten here four times in the last three months. Three of the orders were take-out. Two out of three take-out orders were wrong and the inside order was wrong, too. Once the subs got to the Office I pulled my order out of the bag and the whole sub just slipped through the paper wrapper/bag. Didn't think anything of it so I grabbed a plate for the sub (still wrapped in foil) went to the lunch room and opened the wet foil just to find I had a soggy sub for lunch... The veggie sandwich was really good and with my free Drink & Chips coupon with the purchase of a reg sandwich made it really reasonable but I just think it is so frustrating that when I get a vegan sandwich with no meat and no cheese but I add avocado and they charge me an extra $1.75. They never give you a discount for removing the meat or cheese but I just think that for a vegan sandwich which has no meat or cheese, you would think that someone there would be able to make the reasonable decision not to charge for avocado on the veggie sandwich. Other than that, the place is clean and the service was fine. The restrooms are clean and I would be happy to come back; hopefully they will start offering free avocado on the vegan sandwich. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. At a time I used to love this location, as it is convenient to work. However, because of todays experience..I will not be returning. Very very very rude and unhappy employees. Told them right off the bat that my order was going to be a little complicated due to the fact that I have severe food allergies and needed my sandwich cut with different utensils. Young lady with colored hair helping me acted like it was the end of the world she had to walk in the back for a different knife and proceeded to be rude the entire time by tossing items around and at one point after I had previously explained what I wanted, she refused to make my sandwich and had another coworker finish making it. I told another employee as I was leaving that his coworker needed to smile more often, and he replied with "why? The world sucks anyways" YIKES. Maybe these young kids shouldn't work in food/customer service if they can't deal with everyday requests from customers. It reflects very poorly on the business. The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you. They slice meat and cheese fresh for each order as well. I think theres three rolls to choose from; white, wheat and parmesan. Excellent, Uber fresh, the best oregano, perfect bread, perfectly shaved meat, real fresh avocado no barely there spread. Not crazy about the price for a sub, & often resort to the mini, besides we Americans eat over portioned food too often. The Tuna is very good BTW. Pros - sub club buys you a free sandwich so you don't feel so bad about the price. (It's a sandwich for gosh sakes). Staff is always great at various stores. Cons, chips over priced. Not eco friendly with too much paper & super thick paper bags, recycled or not it's just not necessary even with tons of wet vinegar & oil.
