They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. But if you don't remind her that you are a RETURNING CUSTOMER, she'll happily start from scratch on what you owe her. I shouldn't have to keep track of my own loyalty discount, but here we are. The many times I've visited, to pretend like she doesn't remember me is annoying. Get punch cards or SOMETHING so you'll stop doing this to customers. I accidentally left my keys there and when I called to double check the people were very confused. They said I had the wrong location and had no idea what I was talking about.
