Every visit turns into a small negotiation. She'll pitch you every service and skin treatment under the sun even after you've politely declined, most times twice or three times before giving up. She doesn't take a hint, verbal or otherwise. She also tends to "forget" returning clients when it's time to charge. The first-time brow price is $15, and the upkeep price is $13. But if you don't remind her that you are a RETURNING CUSTOMER, she'll happily start from scratch on what you owe her. I shouldn't have to keep track of my own loyalty discount, but here we are. The many times I've visited, to pretend like she doesn't remember me is annoying. Get punch cards or SOMETHING so you'll stop doing this to customers. To be fair, she's not mean-spirited...she's just a relentless hustler. I get it, we're all trying to survive. But there's a fine line between being ambitious and making your clients feel like walking wallets. Your work is good enough to speak for itself. You don't need to chase every dollar.
