I really wanted to like this place but there were some things that were not okay. Pros: my brows look fleek af, it's only $7 for eyebrows Cons: She has a hard hand and it was definitely one of the more painful eyebrow threads I've received. I ended up with scabs....The brow place is also tricky to find. The address on there is not very accurate. It puts you in the wrong side of the street when you use Google maps. The actual place is next to beauty supply, cricket, and game stop in the shopping complex next to Walmart. There is also no signage above the store. The only sign I saw was a banner hanging at the exit of the shopping complex. The phone number on this Yelp and their fb page seems inaccurate. I accidentally left my keys there and when I called to double check the people were very confused. They said I had the wrong location and had no idea what I was talking about. I went out of my way to go here and give it a shot. Unfortunately it was just not a good experience. read more

End product : yes my brows look good. But the name of the game is going quickly and efficiently. She would move across my skin in slow motion making it hurt WAY more than it should. I've been getting my brows done since I was 12 and this is not the way to thread. Ugh. Such a hard hand. And no A/C at the store. $7 is good but do not recommend. read more

I wanted to like this place but the lady that helped me had a very hard hand. Left me with scabs. I also asked her to go over spots she had missed and when she did, she still didn't clean it up very well. I guess that's the best she could do. I had to use tweeters when I got home to finish the job. I giving 2 stars because at least the lady was nice. Update: I went back since this place is so close to where I live and I was desperate. Different person this time. She also missed several hairs but when I pointed them out she did get them so she did a better job on the brows BUT had wet clammy hands. And because her hands were like that, the tread was wet. So imagine the feeling of sweaty thread rubbing across your face. It was so gross. Also, I was on the phone when I first walked in and I was clearly on a call and wasn't even making eye contact. I was wrapping it up and then I hear her shout hello! To get my attention. Rude! Decent eyebrow threading and near my home is why I've gone here until recently. There is ONE lady who has been rude to me here a couple of times. This last time the card reader was not working and after the second try I ask if it was the wrong pin and this lady yells at me saying my card doesn't work. I had my eyebrows tinted and threaded. I avoided washing my brows for 24 hrs. They lasted a month. After initial washing post 24hr, excess tint were gone and left a more natural look. They offer waxing too for those concerned about threading hygiene. Overall, Def the place to get your brows threaded! read more

I took my boyfriend here to get his eyebrows threaded for the very first time. He has pretty thick eyebrows, but after a quick session his eyebrows looked great and very natural! I was afraid it would turn out girly, but thank goodness that wasn't the case. I was told that they are used to having guys come in and getting their eyebrows done. It was a bit awkward at first when walking into the studio as they just told him to sit down and didn't really greet us or ask what we were looking for. When he was getting his eyebrows threaded, he seemed to be in more pain than I thought he should've been given my experiences with eyebrow threading. The lady was very kind though and allowed him to look at his eyebrows while she was doing it to make sure he liked it. Overall, it was a great place to go to at an inexpensive price! We would come back here and recommend to others. read more

Worst experience do not I repeat do not go to this place they will ruin your eyebrows and try to convince you that they look perfect . So my friend and I went here to get our brows done both ruined. I contacted them via Facebook and sent pictures. I guess it was the owner that responded to me she told me they look perfect and then blocked me from the Facebook page . Now I must admit a new girl was in the shop and I go here regularly and never seen her but she just can't do eyebrows. But for me to go here and send people to this place and basically they say owell that I am not satisfied is just not professional or good for business and I will never support them and will tell everyone I know and show pictures of this poor quality service . Usually don't do bad reviews but as soon as I left the establishment, i started crying. I went in and without even have started the lady attending me was distracted on her phone and with the t.v.,i didnt really mind but then she put me on facetime with the person she was speaking with on the phone. (I didn't say anything, I didn't mind as long as eyebrows came out fine) She hadn't washed her hands and went to doing my eyebrows... 1st thing I noticed Is she got saliva on my face without even having the thread fully in her mouth, she began threading and started doing my second eyebrow without having me hold my skin taught. It was hurting so I made a comment and we proceeded. She was pretty much finished and trimmed my eyebrows quickly, this is where she hacked off 1/2 of the hair towards the inner part of my eyebrow so it looked like a staircase by the top of nose leading to the rest of eyebrow. I mentioned this to her politely and instead of telling me sorry, she proceeds to fix it, or so I think... She begins to go at my other eyebrow changing the shape to come down more to somewhat meet the mistake of the other one. I couldn't believe it, she made it look like a comma! She just kept going :'( My first visit here was great and thought that this would be my permanent place to visit but have never felt such disegard. I don't yell but I wanted to cry aloud. I have been going here for a couple of months, and I have been questioning leaving for a while now, but after my last experience I will not be going back. 1st of all, the place is really really dirty. There is thread, dust, and dirt ALL over the floors and especially in the corners. They also use the same eyebrow scissors on every client and don't disinfect them in between uses, even though the scissors definitely touch the face of every client. 2nd the lady that is usually there is really rough when threading; it's the most painful threading has every been for me, and I've been getting my brows threaded for years. 3rd While my eyebrows sometimes come out perfect, which is why I came back so many times, other times they're a little sloppy. read more
