After 3 visits...first to determine the problem...added refrigerant, after 2nd visit still not working correctly so technician said needed "stop leak...ordered " stop Leak" and technician came out 3rd time to put in "Stop Leak." Unfortunately, unit was still not working correctly. I paid Hilliards $500. and I was told by Hilliard office employee I needed a new a/c and she would get prices. I called another A/C company who came out and asked about amount of refrigerant used. He said was too much and also they did not use "Stop Leak." The Hilliards technician said he could not open the part of unit in the attic...the 2nd company technician said he was able to open. They also explained more re the Mitsubishi unit. My A/C has been working ever since the 2nd company technician"fixed" it. I contacted Hilliards and they refused to return my $500. Worst experience with A/C repair and have been in Florida over 50 years.
