To tell you the truth, I don't know what kind of care you would get if you ever got in the door. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been calling for four days just to try to get my initial evaluation appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They tell me I need to call the appointment desk so we did that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then they tell me I need to call the appointments for Regal medical group. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been calling them for four days leaving messages with not even a call back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So [[HIGHLIGHT]]I walked into the clinic to tell them I just want to make an appointment so I can get started.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Looked right at me and told me they could not help me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to call the appointment for regal patients. The care is not personalized and lacks attention to individual needs. Each visit I was treated by different staff members, which resulted in an inconsistent and unfocused treatment plan. This PT office has been a life saver! I'm a chronic patient and they have been able to help me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front office staff is always warm and welcoming , kind and understanding! And so is all the staff! Seriously ! I was referred by my physician to All Star Physical Therapy located on Diamond Drive n Lake Elsinore. I worked with different therapists and Alex was one that was very kind and patient, careful to have me do exercises that have really improved my shoulder--I had a total shoulder replacement. She had to show me how to do the exercises each time, watched me to be sure I was performing the exercises correctly, and genuinely worked through my complaining with unbelievable tolerance. It took them one and a half months to get me in for an evaluation appointment, which is fine, because I know most businesses are busy. However, the day that I show up for my evaluation appointment, the receptionist says, "Well, let me see if the doctor will see you. We don't have any paperwork on you.? Paperwork. I told her I'm fast, I can fill it out real quickly (it was a packet of 4-5 pages-for an English teacher that would've taken me five minutes ). I don't know if it was because they were closing at 5 PM, but she came back and said no we're gonna have to reschedule. Apparently, I should've gotten a follow up phone call yesterday which I did not. I should've also gotten an email, asking me to fill out paperwork, which I did not. This place seems very disorganized, and if this is the face of the business, then I would rather go to Menifee All-Star physical therapy than this place even though it's right down the street from my house. I also find it interesting that their reviews are over four years old. Highly unusual. You're telling me you have not gotten a new customer or client in over four years? This place does not deserve a four-star yelp review. read more

I absolutely love the service I have experienced at All Star. I have been going for 2 months and I feel it has made a difference. Johnny is so conscientious of how he takes care of his clients, and he takes his job very seriously. He prides himself in finding ways to help me and others. He is knowledgeable, professional and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I was impressed from the second I walked in from the office staff to the staff in the back. This place is a joke I'll never go back there again the first day I went there they tried to charge me an out rages amount I gave them my medical card my co-pay was $50 and I said that's all I am paying and if there's gonna be any other charges I don't want anything to do with it,they check my card had said OK here just pay the co-pay I went there a few times for a shoulder problem not only did the problem not go away it got worse, their idea of therapy was playing with some giant rubber bands and leaning into a corner, when I went back to my doctor asked me how my therapy was going and I said I'm not going anymore because not only do I have shoulder pain I have tingling nerves going down my whole arm and to top it off now they're trying to send me a bill for about 300 bucks for a bunch of bull crap that I don't think was even performed I am going to take this up with my insurance carrier and I'll be sure to make sure I tell people to stay away from that place it's nothing but a goddamn joke , not to mention the one morning I went in there and the whole back area was flooded with sewerage and instead of sending me home and coming back another day I did my so called with rancid sewer water all over the place,Kind of wonder what The department of public health thinks of that, Needless to say that was the last day I went there .#Moneyfornothing read more

I am new to the area and had to find a new doctor. Dr. Combs (Temecula Valley) referred me to All Star Therapy for a back injury. I was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Veronica, evaluated by Jim and treated by Brittney. The facility is clean, well organized and the staff is friendly. On a negative note, the clients/patients, really need to leave their cellular phones in their cars or not take them into a medical facility. It's very annoying to the other patients when someone is talking loud and has no regard for the people around them. This is my third time going to All Star Physical Therapy for 3 different issues/injuries. Needless to say, if I keep returning it's because they do great work! The facility is clean, and staff is professional, friendly, and they are consistently on time with their appointments which shows they value my time. I have been evaluated by Laura and Jim and have been treated by different PT assistants; I particularly like the fact that if the assistant that is following me with a particular exercise is tending to someone else and I am done with an exercise, another assistant will jump in and direct me to the next activity as opposed to me sitting there waiting idly. I recommend All Star Therapy to anyone needing treatment. read more
