They suggested that I pay the full price which was still reasonable so that I could come back within 30 days and be retested for free. I decided to do that. However when I took it back I hadn't done something that I needed to do, as far as changing a hose. So they told me I needed to come back again after fixing it. So once I did that I brought it back again and they tested to see if you ready and it wasn't. So I had to drive it around a little more. By the time I finally took it back again it was past the month point by about a week. They checked the codes and this time it was ready, and they showed me something else that I should probably get fixed on the car so it runs better (which I appreciate cause I had no idea why the car would sometimes misfire) they did not charge me for the retest. As…read moreI'm new to the area of Cordelia and right in the middle of either going to Fairfield or Vallejo as they're about the same distance, I sent out a quick project request for a smog check, to business to see what the costs are. SG smog check center got back to me pretty quickly and offered me a great deal that I could not refuse. I stopped by today and followed instructions and and showed the message to the front desk representative regarding the price. She unfortunately stated that they no longer do that price so I'll have to pay an additional $10. At that point I felt a little unhappy, but I'm already there so I need the service done. To my surprise when my car was finished with its smog, happy it passed, they honored and gave me the price that was quoted in the message. The facility itself is pretty quick. There were a few people in front of me, but it felt like I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from start to finish . I'll definitely use them again because the pricing was great and the efficiency and quickness of the people that work there are awesome. They are also STAR certified! I needed to get replacement tags because I lost mine, and a lot of other registration services in Vallejo were either closed or couldn't help me out plus, DYG was open on a Monday, which was a huge plus. Even though the door looked locked when I first walked up, the owner immediately came to the door, let me in, and escorted me right to her desk. I handed over my documents and information, and I was literally in and out in about 7 minutes total. On top of the incredible, fast service, their pricing was actually lower than another registration service I checked out in Vallejo. If you need quick registration help without the typical DMV nightmare or overpriced fees, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Nonverbal signs and gestures shows it all. They do not have ID, they may have but it is literally covered. She was asking for this and that, I brought my whole documents with all the proofs. She ended up processing it like she has no choice. DMV offices staff should treat customers with respect and atleast a little bit of customer service than angrily talking rushing. This is not right and not acceptable at all. One rotten apple spoils the barrel.
