DAY ONE: The first issue came with changing the account into my name. This was my fault, however we were on the phone with customer service for an hour because the store equipment wasn't working "for months". The second issue came with my phone. The girl, Carla set it up for me but it never updated/backed up correctly. When I got home I had to reset it. None of my information transferred over until I connected it to my iTunes. I have to admit that being there for over an hour and a half had me a little bit of in a hurry to get home, but this is something she should have took time to make sure was correct. Third, I asked for the silver 38mm watch to match my new phone, we didn't set up the watch at the store so it wasn't until I got home that I realized she gave me the black 42mm with an olive band. I called the store to see if I could exchange it and they said yes. DAY TWO: I went in to switch out my watch and they told me they didn't carry it and I was greeted with "Who took care of you, Carla? Oh, all you have to do was say her and name I knew". Great respect from your fellow co-workers... Anyways, we tried to order my watch online and again "the computers are acting up". The guy helping me actually logged onto my phone and tried to order the watch. After watching him scroll through my phone I asked if that was just something I could do myself and after 2 hours I went home and ordered the watch for myself. Just to say it was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME!! Anything they did I could have done at home. They were very uninformed of their products, very fake smiles and have faulty equipment that has "not worked for months". I will never go back here or recommend.

From the moment we walked in you could tell that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, there was a great neighborhood vibe and they knew some of the other customers by name. After checking out my phone, the charging port was just dirty. They cleaned it for me free of charge and welcomed me back if I had other issues. My husband and I were in shock. They told me 45 minutes to an hour at 1:45 And then about I wanna say 1520 minutes into them having my phone , they stated they didn't have all the parts to work on it and that they would have to go get some parts. Update : phone turned on and did a diagnostics on itself and it says the battery is not a genuine Apple part and it's not registering right with the phone , so I'm glad I didn't pay for something for it not to work.
