Mikron was a big employer for the local economy. but do to the physical requirements and long 12hrs, the turnover rate was high. So General Employment would be the agency that would send temps there and if they worked out, Mikron would hire from General Employment. Obviously, General Employment had other temp jobs, but most were looking for that temp to hire Anywas, application process included the paperwork, background check, physical test, and a psycho evaluaton. They paid weekly, which was awesome!

They refused to give legal paperwork to change our insurance until I got my employer involved. They asked my husband to discriminate against others and not follow laws. They make up titles for people who are completely unqualified and expect a "yes ma'am" behavior. Slightly disagreeing will cause you to be fired and denied unemployment. My husband will not associate his name with this complete disaster of ethics that they call a business. Take a long hard look at everything- including job titles before accepting any position or business with them. Do you want your name associated with a company whose lost a LARGE lawsuit for discrimination?

My developmentally disabled son was fired because me, his parent, had expressed concerns about one of his job coaches being a good fit! Over the 3+ years at Enso, my son has probably had 8-10 different job coaches and this was the only occasion I voiced my concern. So basically they don't want any input from the people who know him best. When I went up the chain to get answers, I was dismissed. They are a bunch of unprofessional, disorganized, and disingenuous so called "professionals". Shame on them for their dishonesty.
