We engaged Sabih/Jason in 2021 to provide bookkeeping and tax prep services. Like other reviewers have mentioned, he accepted payment and represented that these services were being performed. As the tax deadline approached, we began reaching out to confirm everything was on track, but he stopped responding entirely. Despite repeated attempts over several months, we were unable to reach him and ultimately incurred significant IRS penalties due to the filings not being completed. Fortunately, our new accountant was able to help us secure a one-time penalty abatement, but the situation was extremely stressful and avoidable. What made the experience even more bizarre is that he was still working with other clients during this time, including the colleague who referred him to us, so it's not like he just walked away from accounting... This person is at best young and immature, and at worst an absolute scammer. He doesn't seem to be able to manage his workload or have difficult conversations with his clients. If he had let us know that he didn't have the bandwidth to work with us that would have been fine, but ghosting us was so unprofessional. And then, today, 5 years later, he had the audacity to send me a promotional email encouraging me to book a consultation with him. Truly unhinged behavior, although it did remind me to come write this review, so there is that. Also, as others have noted, he does not live in the United States. He appears to be moonlighting as a DJ and wannabe record executive in South America, so if you do run into issues with him, good luck getting any resolution. read more

DO NOT TRUST!!! Unfortunately I had to leave this review. I thought I had help with my taxes from a few years back as far as 2018 and I put my trust in this accounting company only to be told everything would be fine and taken care of and no need to do things on my end any further. Needless to say I got trusting and this man never filed our taxes nor told us or answered our calls or emails. He's completely gone missing and even after we finally got ahold of him he admitted to not doing his Job correctly and that he would help fix it. HE DID NOTHING. Our taxes were never filed with the IRS as he confirms they were and when we finally figured this out through our own investigation, we're shocked to find large penalties waiting for us thanks to Jason. After consulting with a legal team we are finally seeing a path forward to getting justice for this man's hugely negligent and reckless actions. Beware, THIS MAN DOESNT LIVE OR WORK IN THE UNITED STATES, If you have issues with his work it's a long process to go through to serve him and bring legal action in. This is the worst accountant I have ever had. The issues are NUMEROUS. I hired Jason to do my 2020 and 2021 taxes. Come to find out in 2023 he ever filed them. ever. One job and that is to submit and file taxes and he didn't send them in. in 2020, I thought it was strange I never got a return and emailed him about it and he said the IRS was delayed. Rather than checking to ensure everything was submitted properly, he sent me a canned response when this could have been caught in 2021. End of 2022 he says he can help my husband work out his tax debt with IRS. He handles some of it and in the middle of it, completely ghosts us. We call, email leave messages: NO response. We come to find out a tax lawyer is better for this kind of thing but rather than directing us to a lawyer or letting us know that he does not provide these services, he does half the job and neglected to ever reply again. I find a new accountant in 2023 because of the ghosting. I come to find out in mid 2023 that jason didn't even submit the taxes I paid him for in the prior years. He was referred to me by a friend who ALSO ended up firing him after a year because he didn't fill out the forms correctly and her partner ended up owing. Well Sabih was that super approachable, no judgement, all gung ho person that swoops in and makes you forget your emotional body responses to the frustration of taxes. It was my first year working as an independent contractor and I was a little intimidated to even start the tax process. My IRS debt was an absolute nightmare! I never really realized how bad this could spiral and I didn't know how I would get out of it because it just kept increasing! I had a couple companies tell me that they could help me and their prices were just too high for me or I just didn't get a great feeling from who I spoke with. I just finished my tax resolution and they were awesome! It's been a few years since I filed my taxes and I just kept putting it off... until my wages were garnished. They filed my taxes for me and stopped the wage garnishment so fast! I started a 501(c)3 last year, and thought I could figure out all the filing on my own. It was incredibly overwhelming, so when I was referred to Sabih, I jumped on it.
