I ended up going home to unlock my credit to facilitate account transfer. I returned later to have Shoniah Epps to assist me. She was nothing less than amazing & diligent in her efforts to successfully complete my requests of account transfer. It was such a struggle, as nothing is easy. Shoniah was so awesome as did finally successfully complete my requests! I am so grateful!! It was not a quick process!! I also interacted with Byron Brown, Sales Associate. He was so sweet!! Such a nice young man. All involved helped make what could have been a much more painful process, much better!!
