We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck.

They weren't pushy at all, but they definitely made me aware of opportunities to purchase thingss. They also have a tip jar, and the credit card keypad asked me to leave a tip. I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal. All that said, I'll be using these guys again. They did a fine job, and I'm very satisfied with their service, costs, and professionalism. Recommended.

I've had Xfinity home internet for a few months, and while the service itself has been fine, my experiences with the generic hotline left me frustrated and unimpressed. What made all the difference, and what convinced me to take the leap and sign up for Xfinity Mobile, was the incredible service at this location. Every single employee I've worked with has gone above and beyond. It honestly feels more like a family run mom and pop shop than a big corporation. Leon was unbelievably helpful and kind while walking my 74 year old mom through cancelling her TV subscription. He treated her like his own mom, nothing but respect and patience. Shamira walked me through moving over to Xfinity Mobile. She went through the fine print with me, and made sure everything was squared away with AT&T before making the switch. Sophia helped me get my trade-in phones packaged up to mail off. She went the extra mile to make sure nothing would be damaged, gave me directions to the nearest USPS, and reminded me to give any of them a direct call if I have any questions or issues so I don't have to deal with the hotline again. Almost forgot to mention, when I had an issue with my coax cable at home, the technician who came out was prompt, thorough, and incredibly friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. If my decision to stay with Xfinity or switch to Xfinity Mobile had been based on their main hotline or automated customer service, I probably would've canceled everything and run the other way. While I realllllly hope not to have any issues with my service, if I do, I'll be excited to drop back in and see everyone while we get it figured out. I seriously can't recommend this location highly enough. If you're on the fence, go in person - you'll see what I mean.

I have had iffy experiences with them in the past, but went back for some reason. This time was the…read moreworst. My son had cracked his phone and then gotten it wet. They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.
