I suggest you AVOID this store! I went to this store to purchase a replacement phone while keeping my existing number. The new phone was set up and my data was transferred. I was told that Samsung was running a promotion for a free tablet with the phone that I purchased with no increase to my existing monthly mobile bill. Deal, right? NO! I checked my account when I got home and found the following: my old phone was still on the account and I was being charged for a new phone number on the line. I was also being charged for the tablet with a new phone line for the tablet. Thankfully, a trip to a Comcast owned store resolved my issues. read more

He never showed but employee said he needs another hour so I came back later.....still a no show and this time the word was he'll be back between 4 and 5. I am blind and ask for help over the phone and they tell me to check my messages with things I cannot see and ask for verbal help on the phone . Went in today to pick up an internet self install kit. The line was long, however it moved very quickly and I was in and out. While I was waiting I noticed the staff was very friendly and polite to the customers (I was quite shocked). This was not the Comcast I was used to years ago. Maybe the rebrand to Xfinity worked! I dropped my phone on a cement floor which shattered the top corner of it therfore, it was apparent to me that I must replace this mobile. This phone was the only direct link to getting through my gate apartment. That meant...a trip to Xfinity at Ridgewalk Pkway, in Woodstock GA. Upon arrival I was to speak with Saniya Hodges, as I would soon discover; a wonderful lady with a great ability to reach out to her customers. And believe me, she knew her stuff! I explained not only of my breakage but was concerned of paying per month an amount that seemed rather high for me. She excused herself and right away, went to see why this billing was this high. When coming back, she stated simply that I was being charged for two phones which she had removed that second line. I explained to her that I had ordered a phone several months ago; a mobile I never received - was lost in the mail. That is the one that was the issue. I hadn't a clue that it was a second one I was paying on. What a pleasant surprise to discover this and she totally removed that one from my billing. I live alone and being 76 in June, I was happy to be able to purchase a new mobile Samsung Galaxy at a promotional price at this time. This was to only cost me less than $8.00 a month for purchase; and a low $20.00 plus for service each month! Previously I was paying $54.00 each month due to that piggy-back I was paying for and unaware of! Saniya said that she was definitely going to see about a rembursement of that piggy-back cost I had for several months. The switch from my broken mobile to my new phone was great and the umbilical from my apartment gate to my new mobile worked perfectly as I entered with peace and comfort!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! BJ partnered with Broadway, and Broadway made sure that not only was my issue fixed in under 10 minutes, but made sure we were on the best plan for our family. If you asked me yesterday if I would recommend Xfinity to anyone I would have told you know. For approximately 8 years, I received good customer service from Xfinity (Comcast). However last year, my spouse and I sold our home and moved temporarily into an apartment until our new home was constructed. When I contacted Xfinity to cancel our Internet service, I was informed that our service could be transferred, once it was determined that Xfinity served the apartment complex. Once our house was completed (~ 5 months later), I contacted Xfinity to see if our Internet service could be transferred to the new house. It is a new development and Xfinity did not serve it. Therefore, I had to cancel service and sign up with another provider (AT&T Fiber). Although we had been an Xfinity customer for at least 8 yrs, we were charged an early termination fee. Calls to customer service (off-shore/South Asia) was futile. I have spoke with them three times. Each time I'm told we will be refunded. Three months later, we have not been refunded. Did the Xfinity rep who initially transferred our service actually initiated a new account for incentive reasons? read more

After spending 8-9 hours on the internet and phone over a two day period with no straight answers or resolution, we decided to try the store in Rome Ga. We dreaded it because of past experience with two other stores that took a total of 4 hours standing in line and waiting for issue to be resolved on our cell phones and service. To our amazement the Rome store was not over crowded, line was moving well, but we had an appointment! So no line for us! Hannah greeted us immediately and went to work. She answered all of our questions and believe it or not we were out the door in 15 minutes! We will only deal with this store in the future regardless of the issue. read more
