Tammy the owner and her staff are very nice and they do an outstanding job grooming my little guy Max!

All Tails Grooming and Boutique is very experienced in specialty cuts. My Westie comes home looking like the Cesar dog food dog. I am able to pick up my dog food as well. They carry premium foods by FROMM and AMERICAN NATURAL. The convenience of a one stop shop.

My baby relaxing after her grooming.

They do a great job. They are quick and my baby comes out looking cute as ever. I have gone twice and both times been happy. Also they very reasonable in price. I highly recommend this place for dog grooming.

Tami is the best! We don't have dogs that need regular grooming anymore but she always takes our dogs in for nail trims as walk ins.

Of course I have to keep her on a regular schedule otherwise she gets mats and they take her shorter, but I much prefer that over them trying to brush the mats out.

No complaints about the doctors, the staff, or the groomers. They have all been fabulous through…read morethe years with all my babies, past and present. Normally I go to the vet on base because it's WAY cheaper. For emergencies I go to the walk-in clinic in Antioch, also for most surgeries since the base doesn't do them. What those two can't cover, I go here. My only REAL issues are not getting callbacks every time they are promised (some I get, some I don't) and the astronomical cost!! They are priced FAR above other local vets. I have pet insurance, fortunately, but laying out so much money at one time is ridiculous. If I could find cheaper with great vets, I would go elsewhere.

Receptionists here are wonderful. Never had an issue with them and are so helpful and pleasant to…read moretalk to. Check-ins/check-outs were always a smooth process. They were speedy with sending off claims back to insurance companies. Satisfied with their service! Ive been going here for a year and some months for my female Doberman (3 y.o.) With this breed, I have concerns of DCM, vWD and other health issues that may arise. She has been in good health thus far. Disclaimer: I don't believe in gate-keeping, so I threw in prices I've paid and a name to be aware of, in case your curious and in the event that doctor reads this :) . Yes you. 1) Doctor-client respect. I went in for an annual (cost was $603.91), spoke with the Vet (Dr. Ani Abraham), received a phone call once results were in (came back in good-standing for overall health with mild tartar) and I asked about an echocardiogram. My research on dobies, it's recommended to have an annual echocardiogram, so I wanted to start and asked questions regarding the service. Somewhere in our conversation the tone shifted. I don't know if she felt like I was belittling her knowledge on Dobermans or questioning her judgment, but I was simply asking about dates to schedule for an echocardiogram rather a recommendation for echocardiogram, to which we some how ended to a point where she said "...or you can find a new clinic", which at that point was where I lost my cool. I don't understand how being concerned for my dog's health led to her rushing me off the phone because "she had another client" and "was doing me a favor answering questions" (verbatim) when she asked if I had any questions, which somehow led to a debate with several misunderstandings and misinterpretations. I felt she was giving me snarky responses and after about 3 of those, I gave her a dose of her own medicine which led to the rushing off the phone. That kind of treatment doesn't deserve any positive recognition regardless of her position. Thank God working in the Navy helps me deal with irrational people with some kind of patience. Military personnel don't really deal with disrespect, we just tough it out, but this lady crossed the line. Advice: Stick to being an NPC, don't ask complicated questions, you should get along with her just fine. 2) boarding. I was looking for a 7-day boarding that had outside play w/ other dogs, a suite of some kind to help reduce her anxiety of other barking dogs and an active staff. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BOARD YOUR DOG IF YOU EVEN CARE AND LOVE YOUR DOG IF YOU SAY YOU DO! Presentation of the dogkeeper (carekeeper) was subpar. The guy had a sleeping booger in his eyes, a bit over-weight and a little odd. Gave me an idea of how he takes care of himself. It was difficult trying to maintain small-talk with him (which isn't the deal-breaker). The living conditions are poor. Cold, dimly-lit, small or what they called "large" living quarters, and smelled of bleach and poop. I would say the animal shelter has a better living condition than here. Total quote was $371 for 7-days (good for those on a budget and don't care about their dog, honestly) . You get what you pay for. On the tour, I was told they get three 15-min of solo playtime (which I can understand they don't want to risk dog fights or accidental pregnancies for the social play, however, I needed professionals to allow social playtime), not the biggest side yard with fencing, wooded chips on the ground. When speaking with staff and I questioned 15-min, he changed his answer to 30 min. So that was already a red-flag. Overall, a big NO for me. Even watching him interact with my dog was just awkward, PetSmart is a great example of natural interaction (to which I take Coco to, often). I felt bad for the little doggie (I think shih-tzu) that had to stay. Hopefully for one day. I ended up boarding with Lake Forest Kennel Club, just to give you an idea of what quality I was going for. 3) pricing. I went in for a basic annual (rabies recert, wellness, etc.) to end up coughing up $600ish dollars! I would be content if the quality of the service and location, patient education and recommendations, as well as boarding was top-tier, but this place was just above sub-par. I chose this place because I live close-by, rather staying with Forest Bluff Animal Hospital. Dr. Robyn Walter knew about Doberman breeds and even asked about the kind of diet she's on. I WILL be going back, just for the peace of mind and trust that he will have the best interest in my dog's health. If you value quality in all aspects of a good business, skip this place. Hope this helps someone! Heed Dr. Ani Abraham. Ask for the fee of service because those numbers get piled on quickly. And don't let anyone bully you into NOT asking questions. Love and protect your dog as if they were a human family member.
