I was a little hesitant about leaving all of this critical information with anyone for obvious reasons, but after talking to Crystal for only a short time I felt at ease doing so.

Their attitude has completely changed and I would not recommend due to their cavalier approach to whether they retain customers or not.

I spoke with Courtney to set up the initial appointment. Courtney was very helpful in explaining the different plans, the initial appointment which was for signal check only, installation procedures, the works! Thank you, Courtney! Bryce was the service tech who came to do the signal check. He was on time for the appointment and very professional. He explained what he had to do and then did it. He found a good signal strength, so we set up an appointment for installation. Bryce went over the different plans, and what I would need in terms of equipment. Turns out, Bryce grew up near my property and could give me some history as well! Bryce was also the installation tech. He again arrived on time and explained what he needed to do and went about doing it. Bryce found a better place to mount the receiver and receive a stronger signal and asked if I was okay with the new location because it meant routing the wire slightly differently. The installation was very quick and very clean. After the installation, Bryce sat down with me and went through the paperwork with me, making certain I understood everything. So far, the internet is working exceptionally well. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the people associated with Webformix. Looking forward to a long customer-provider relationship with them.

Overcharged right off the bat. But god forbid you have to close a card or idk, are working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day as a paramedic in a rural area that is very understaffed with medics and forgot to update, this is what you get harassed with and they turn off your internet very quickly. They decided to cut another ditch across my land at a different place thinking I wouldn't know, again without permission. After discovering that, I called and told them that they dug their lines on my land without easement or permission and to remove the cable. They sent someone out, marked up a new path on the neighbors land without his permission... and then they did nothing. As long as I don't have to deal with them, their service (fiber optic) is good. Unfortunately, there is little choice in service here in the rural area of Grants Pass... I had a phone, that the technical people said was compatible, but the non technical people's database said it was not compatible. After spending over 20 hours going back between Mobile technical and sales, technical said sales wins and will not put my phone on the system... then they couldn't tell me exactly what the specifications were needed so I can get a used rebuilt phone... My wife and I are retired with extremely limited income, we are not one of the illegals making hundreds of thousands of dollars in this sanctuary state... Thank heaven for Magic Jack.... Spectrum sales kept pushing us to buy a several hundred phone from them... If I had a choice, I would never have used Spectrum.

He asked how I heard about him and I told him Yelp. I asked how long of a drive it was from my location to Eagle Point and he said it would be about 45 mins. When I pulled into his driveway he called and told me he had opened a store at Rogue Valley Mall and that he was actually there (meaning I had driven 25 minutes further than I needed to). I drove the 25 minutes back the way I had come to Medford and went to the mall to Smart Help where he now works. I let him know I didn't want to spend too much money and he asked what my budget was. I asked him how much transferring documents and giving me a quick rundown of the new Mac would be. He quoted me $200 to update my old MacBook, $150 for the external hard drive that I told him I was not in the market for, $150 for transferring my documents, $100 for wiping my old MacBook and $100 for a "recorded dock tutorial." In total Todd tried to tell me it would cost me $700 to get documents off my old laptop onto my new one "the right way." I called around and got 2 quotes for what I want at $40 and $45. I dug around in the reviews that are not recommended and others seem to think he is a scam artist. Needless to say I left his store after having wasted time but thankfully not money.

I spent thousands before I figured out everything wasn't precisely as Todd portrayed it. If you are going to work with Todd be sure YOU know what you want; he's quite a salesman. He is dazzled by all the bells & whistles that Apple provides. He truly loves their products. AND he tends to oversell in a way that my husband and I consider deceptive. In my case, I am moderately technical. I view my Apple products as business tools. I needed Todd to focus on setting up very simple systems for me to run my two businesses. It was hard to keep him focused on teaching me the basic things I needed to know. Finally I went with Ronald Gehrmann, a CERTIFIED Apple Support Consultant (which Todd is not; check Apple's website for yourself) who greatly simplified the set-up and the processes Todd had given me. The steps went down from 10, for example, to 2 or 3 to get the same result. Now that is exactly what I want: Simplicity that leads to results.
