After discussing our landscape overhaul with three companies, we decided to use AllTerrain Landscaping. We are so happy we did! Adam, Natalie and their crew (Tony and the guys) were extremely professional from start to finish and beyond. We have a large puppy and they even made friends with him. Adam and Natalie took our vision and made it work beautifully. From plant choices to color of granite to cement finishes to all out design, they were fantastic. It didn't stop there. The crew cleaned up after each long day of work and were very polite to our neighbors every time our neighbors asked what they were going "to do today". They use contractors for a small portion of the work, electricians and cement. We were just as pleased with the contractors as we were with AllTerrain. Six months after completing our landscape project I had a few plants die, they were quick to respond and offered to replace them at no charge. They also followed up with many phone calls to make sure we were pleased with their work. Well, we are VERY pleased with their work and so are our neighbors! In fact, two neighbors have had their landscape projects done by AllTerrain. The compliments of how nice our landscape looks are still coming in by neighbors out riding their bikes or walking their dogs. All Terrain Landscaping is great! Adam, Natalie & their crew are punctual, reliable and friendly. I reside in California, however All Terrain manages a property I have in Arizona. I trust them to take care of the property when I am not available. They do bi-weekly maintenance, trim the trees, and maintain the irrigation system. They did a good job and the only thing I wish we could have done better was not trim my bushes so close but they will grow back so no harm no foul. All Terrain Landscaping went above and beyond for me. They were able to fit me in quickly, showed up exactly on time, worked quickly, and did a super clean-up. This job was to remove twenty-year-old shrubs along our front walk and entryway. The roots ran so deep and were so entrenched it really took a large effort to remove them. Neal, the team leader, was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He and his crew left the place looking clean and sharp. He also gave me some good advice on what plants would now grow well in this area. They also capped off the drip irregation lines we no long need. Could hardly tell large plants had ever even been there. There are several other landscaping projects I'm contemplating and now know that All Terrain Landscaping is the company I'll use if I should move forward with them. Absolutely love these folks! Starting with the office staff ( I am drawing a blank on her name). She was friendly with a very positive attitude. Adam, Natalie and their crew did an amazing job and were responsive to any questions I had. I was able to get all of my backyard remodel done thru them, which included landscaping, travertine patio, and pergola cover. All Terrain Landscaping is amazing in every way! They came out today to do a clean up of our yard and trim some trees. We just recently moved into our home and it was terribly overgrown and a mess. Adam came out to give us a quote. He was super nice and very professional. I received the quote from him very quickly and it was easy to talk back and fourth with him when I had any questions. They were here bright and early this morning and got right to work. I loved that they walked the yard with me first to tell me what they had in mind and to ask my opinion. The hardest working crew of landscapers i've ever seen. They were fast, efficient, polite, and incredibly hardworking. Our yard was an overgrown nightmare with trees to be removed, the ground to be leveled and rock to be put in - they got it done beautifully in one day! Adam and his team are incredible! We called on them to trim some greenery; regrade a small area away from the house and refill with decorative rocks; and after grading appropriately, install pavers in our front sitting area. After agreeing to a very reasonable estimate, Adam and his crew were onsite the next morning. The work was completed over the course of three days (during the first Arizona heat wave). These guys are awesome. They just finished turning my backyard from ugly to amazing and did it in two days. They demoed a lot of stuff, installed several shrubs and two palms, put in a sprinkler and drip system, laid sod down, as well as several other things. They are very organized, professional, talented, and you can tell they truly care about the work they do. It was very easy to communicate with them from first contact. Adam was very professional and always helped me understand what was going to be done. He sent me a quote very quickly and was easy to contact to discuss it and make changes. Natalie came in on the first day to really make sure our design was great. We left a lot of it up to her and we saw the attention to detail she put in. Tony was an absolute rockstar. He led the team and always made me feel great about the project. They cleaned everything up and really left the backyard better then it was. Their price was very reasonable and they always showed up on time. Even a neighbor told me they were impressed with how respectful they were to not be in anyone's way and how they cleaned up quickly. All Terrain Landscaping is the landscaping company of choice! I initially spoke with Adam about a clean up, trimming of our front and back yards, and topping of the entire property with rock. At the time, I was in a different country and in a totally different time zone. He was always responsive, either via phone or email and such a pleasure to deal with. We live in East-East Mesa which he normally does not go out that far, but he had a look at the job and said "yes", we will do it. He handled everything in my absence and sent pictures after completion. It turned out absolutely beautiful! It looked like a totally different place after they were done. Adam and his team went above and beyond what his estimate was and he stuck to it, a true man of his word. They don't come any more honest.
