There was just no way that small box would cost so much. Guess what. I later found out that the store is a franchise, and they tack on a premium for shipping in-store. Charging a fair premium is fair but FOUR times the price!?!? It's pretty disgusting to rip people off like that. I had a relatively small, quick project for Alpha, and the experience was easily five stars…read more Patrick had a whole phone conversation with me to get a sense of my needs, which in itself I wouldn't expect from a print shop for a $30 job. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.
