This place is a RIP-OFF!…read more Before going to this store, eBay calculated the shipping for my small box, which came out to $14. When I went into this store, they said it was $50! I couldn't believe it. There had to be a mistake. I asked them to remeasure the box. Still the same. I said that there had to be a mistake and asked them to recheck the inputs. There was just no way that small box would cost so much. Guess what. I later found out that the store is a franchise, and they tack on a premium for shipping in-store. Charging a fair premium is fair but FOUR times the price!?!? It's pretty disgusting to rip people off like that. What angers me the most is that the employee never said anything while I repeatedly asked him what was going on. Now, thinking back, the way he looked at me, I have a feeling he knew.

The Staples website was easy to use for my project and gave me many options to select - type of paper, resolution, etc. I pre-paid so it was just a pick-up (you also have the option to pay at the store). So I've been to many Staples for print jobs like this and most times the experience is similar to a horror movie. Usually a customer in front of me in line is full-on arguing with the Staples associate, and you're just waiting for fist-to-cuffs. In contrast, the Livingston Staples is a good location! Got to give props when props are due - the name tag of the associate who helped me read Conner. When he handed me my prints, he showed me how he separated each batch job with a colored paper page. He was very professional and the prints came out exactly to spec. I would recommend this Staples if you're looking for a place for printing and document services.

He explained warranties, available service agreements and automatic ink delivery options. I had a relatively small, quick project for Alpha, and the experience was easily five stars…read more Patrick had a whole phone conversation with me to get a sense of my needs, which in itself I wouldn't expect from a print shop for a $30 job. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.
