I couldn't believe it. There had to be a mistake. I asked them to remeasure the box. Still the same. I said that there had to be a mistake and asked them to recheck the inputs. There was just no way that small box would cost so much. Guess what. I later found out that the store is a franchise, and they tack on a premium for shipping in-store. Charging a fair premium is fair but FOUR times the price!?!? It's pretty disgusting to rip people off like that. So I've been to many Staples for print jobs like this and most times the experience is similar to a horror movie. Usually a customer in front of me in line is full-on arguing with the Staples associate, and you're just waiting for fist-to-cuffs. In contrast, the Livingston Staples is a good location! Got to give props when props are due - the name tag of the associate who helped me read Conner. When he handed me my prints, he showed me how he separated each batch job with a colored paper page.
