Idan was great. I needed some locks rekeyed and new keys made. He came out the same day that I called. I actually cancelled another locksmith that I made an appointment with because Idan's service charge was $20 cheaper. He came and gave me suggestions for what I needed for a fair price. After he left I realized that we forgot to rekey one lock. I called him right away and because he was already late for another appointment, he said he would come back the next day and just charge me the price of the rekey. I actually called another locksmith that I got off of HomeAdvisor and was suppost to meet them at my rental at 12:30pm. I actually had to re-arrange my schedule to meet him. My car key broke a few weeks back and I thought it would be better to go get it fixed by a locksmith compared to the overpriced dealerships. First thing I did, look up a good locksmith place on Yelp. I called and spoke with Idan and he was incredibly friendly. He responded to everyone one of my calls as well, which was great. We set up a time and date to meet up. Showed up on time and replaced the key in the back of the van. The key was actually glued together, which made replacing the programming chip much harder than it should have been. Despite these unexpected circumstances, he was incredibly patient and worked on replacing it for around 45 minutes for something that should've taken 15 minutes due to my own error. Just adding to the flood of (deserved) great reviews for this business with one that's a little unusual. I bought a house with a really expensive French door, the locks for which were broken. A lot of locksmiths said flatly they didn't work on French doors but Idan took the challenge. It took him about 45 minutes, but he took the whole locking mechanism out of the door, took it back to his truck, took it apart, put it back together, and got it working just like new! And it continues to work just like new about a year later. He then charged me a very reasonable rate and I was so impressed, I called him back a week later to rekey all the doors in my house.
