I have a funny scenario. Wednesday night I had a fellow come over from Craigslist who was buying my pinball machine. The deal was going along well until I discovered I didn't have the key to unlock the top part (which we needed to do in order to take of that piece for transport). I hop on the iphone and search yelp for closest and highest rated. I get a gentleman named Idan answering telling me he is finishing up a job and can get to me within the hour. So the guy who is waiting to buy my pinball machine is now also waiting along with me for Idan the lock wizard so we both can get our deal done with. Idan shows up with no problem finding my place, on time and ready for action. He was super gregarious and just on top of things. Idan had a tough lock to wrangle with but got what we needed done by actually having to drill it out (the lock on a 1972 pinball machine makes for a serious hard pick I guess) Price was fair and in fact Idan was given a cash tip because his service was so superior! I don't normally post at all, I like to read reviews not write them haha! But I had to write a review because this locksmith has the literal perfect name to describe their customer service! They really are all the best! I tried to figure out where the address was to drive to the store so I went to google, which google has evidently not updated their address haha. So I called, and wow they were so kind. They said they don't know why their google address hasn't updated yet but they said since their new location was farther from me that when they were in my area (a little later in the day) they could call me so I could come to their mobile service instead of the store and not have to drive as far. That's incredible service because they went above and beyond! All I needed was to copy some keys and they could have just told me to drive to their store instead of going above and beyond. The only reason I am rating at four stars instead of five is this: to align one door's lock he drilled out a bit of the door jam within the lock space. Patient and competent. There was a little confusion about when he was coming by, but when he got here, he knew what the problem was right away. Because he knew what the issue was, there wasn't any confusion about how much the service was going to cost. My garage door mechanism was broke and with his suggestion, we were able to get it open and get the lock fixed. All in all it took maybe 40 min to figure it out, find a solution, and fix the lock.
