I like this location because the staff here is very friendly. My wife and I shop at the other locations but this store is my favorite. My dog Paulo is always being showered with treats when he walks in the door and he loves the lamb lung the most! Jeff is a very kind and informative guy here. He's easy to talk to and always remembers our name so I rarely even give my phone number. Haani helped us fit a harness and she was nothing but helpful in our recent visit. Christian and Tay helped me out immensely when I came in all confused as to what to feed my picky golden retriever. They offered me great suggestions on different food options, tips and tricks on switching up foods or adding toppers, gave me samples of food to try and what I appreciated most of all, was they empathized with my situation. I can try new foods and learnt that I can return an open bag should my pup not like it. The food gets donated and I get store credit. i love this place! i got two kittens a year ago, and throughout all the different locations, all the workers have given me great advice. recently, one of my kitties developed a food sensitivity and some not great litter box behavior. i have gotten such amazing tips from the workers at the kenmore location to avoid the crazy price of prescription wet food. there have been three girls who usually help me and know a lot about cats, unfortunately i forgot two of their names, but last time i went in, Kara helped me pick out foods and determine what's best for my sensitive tummy cat. you guys are my saviors i love you all. I've shopped at all the best a few times and it's more out of convenience now. Today my recent visit was absurd. My conversation with the gal checking me out was interesting. I asked if the company guaranteed their products? Like if I buy this $16 dog ball that claims to be super durable and all that jazz and goes out after a month will you replace it? " uh, it has a battery, so" was the reply. Wait, what?! I know it has a battery- but do you guarantee your products? " uh not typically for it dying after a month, no" the 2nd response. I mean ZERO effort or thought put into these answers. It was so off putting. Like, cool- now I know that I'm an avid Mudd Bay shopper. They guarantee it ALL- and are nice about it. Normally I go to the ABPC in Maple Leaf, but I stopped by here on the way home from the in laws to find some new food for my picky dog. Right off the bat, the team here was super helpful. Tracy came up and asked what she could do to help. We had no idea what we were looking for, so we just gave her the quick rundown of our picky dog, wanting to get him on a raw diet, and stick to chicken (which seems to be the only thing Brutus regularly loves). She told us about a couple different brands and went into a bit of detail about why we might like each, without going into overwhelming detail. By the way, the day we came in, the display freezers weren't working, but her recommendations were much more helpful than blindly staring at bags. Anyways, we eventually went with her first recommendation and she gave us a few other tips, like warming the food up in warm water before serving a picky dog. As soon as we got home, I opened the bag (we chose Northwest Naturals frozen raw chicken), thawed some out in warm water, and Brutus guzzled it down like nothing. My wife and I were seriously overjoyed and so thankful for all the help from the ABPC team. read more

I went in today to buy a birthday gift for my mom's lab. Employees on duty (a young man and woman greeted me) and answered subsequent questions. Both were very friendly and helpful. Found a toy and at check out was given a complimentary gift bag that contained two dog toys and many generous sized samples - all for simply supplying basic info so that I can receive future sales promos by email. In addition to the Labrador, I have two spoiled cats, so I definitely will be back. Their prices are a little high but the quality products and great customer service make it worthwhile. read more

I dedicated 1 hour per night, for a week, to research new diets for my two dogs. After 7 hours of research I had narrowed down my top three choices. I went into this location and a staff named Christian helped me. He stated he had just been talking to his boss about different diets & he went to get his notes to further help me. How amazing. His notes reflected what I had just spent 7 hours gathering! He was really, really helpful. No one tried to push stuff on me that I didn't want! I purchased about $150.00 worth of products and felt it was money well spent. The two staff there offered me other samples, so that my pups could try other varieties of the brand that I chose. Our puppy has turned into a picky eater and we visited this location recently to try and find a new food. The staff there were incredibly helpful -- I feel bad not remembering the name of the woman who helped us, but she was incredibly patient and allowed our pup to try a few samples in the store and talked us through the different benefits of each brand and what might be a good option for our pup. I came to Seattle with my senior dog who is a very picky eater, I went into All The Best looking for her special food...sadly they didn't carry her kind. I told Levi my situation and he asked all the right questions about my Abby, I told him we were only in town for 2 nights. He hooked me up with samples that he thought would most likely resemble what she is most used to. He then gave us a sample of something that might help relax while away from home. I frequent All The Best Pet Care, and I have yet to leave dissatisfied - that was until my experience with the Kenmore store this afternoon. I went into my regular location and asked to purchase a specific accessory for my cat - sadly they were out, but hey, stuff happens. They called around and found that their Kenmore location had what I was looking for and they had two in the size I needed - which I proceeded to put on hold for when I would come in the following day (today 10/30/2016) I drive all the way to Kenmore to get my cats present only to find that it had been sold. They sold the item I put on hold despite knowing I was coming to buy it, and they did because "it was the last one", which is the exact reason I had put it on hold. This is not how customer service works, and I say this as someone who works in customer service. I would rate this location 0/5 stars if I could, but sadly this isn't an option. Don't get me wrong, I love this company. But this location sucks and should do some serious reconsideration as far as their employees are concerned. read more

I recently went to the All the Best Pet Care pet store in Kenmore, just off Bothell way, and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted at the door, and immediately asked if I needed any help finding anything. After confirming I did need help, a young woman lead me over to the cat food I was looking for an helped me out with transitioning pet foods, and gave me advice on which ones were best for my cat based on what she is eating now. After chatting she gave me my space and let me shop around. At checkout she asked some follow-up questions, and gave me some food to try out. I believe her name was Alana. Very nice! I love this pet store and its employees. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The one bid ondownfall to this partic7lar store is that it is contantly inconsistant with its hour of operation. The sign on the door sates the hour they are opened to and onling it states the same thing bit rarley are they actually opened until 6pm on weekend (even though thats what is advertised in multiple places)why have stoe hour posted if you do not actually stay opened during those times?! I have a German Shepard and used to feed her a Kirkland brand of dog food from Costco- the highest quality I could find which was salmon. At the time my German Shepard's fur was pretty rough and sometimes she would eat her poop. Yuck! I thought I would try stopping by the neighborhood All the best pet care store to see if feeding her a higher quality food would make a big difference in her health as she was a pretty expensive dog. I was recommended to try the FROMM dog food and add some good digestion powder to her food. My dog, Milla used to nibble on her Kirkland brand of food throughout the day, but the Fromm food she scarfs down right away and gets so excited when I feed her now! Her coat is very soft and shiny now. I could tell a difference within a week of feeding her this new food! It is much more expensive, but I feel it is a very good investment considering how much healthier she will be in the long run. I have been coming here ever since and the sales associates have also been good about helping me find appropriate toys for her as she easily destroys toys.
