I don't do many reviews, but I have to write something about this place. There's a reason why I keep coming back for more. I literally have debates with friends on the best wings in the Phoenix area and I always say hands down ATL Wings. Their food reminds me of my days back in Georgia and I'd never lacking flavor. This location has amazing customer service on top of it. Honestly, I'll probably go in today and pick up some wings. I can't get enough of the ATL spicy style and garlic Parmesan wings. I'm so glad that they're opening up more locations so I never have to worry about missing out on the taste of these wings. If you're a wing lover like myself, give their wings a shot. I always order my wings extra crispy as the texture of the crispy skin compliments the flavors of their sauces so well. I'll probably be a lifetime fan. Please keep up the good work! read more

TERRIBLE, BUYER-BEWARE. I just discovered this place less than 3 weeks ago and have already been here at least 15 times. Each time spending at least $50. The ATL style wings are very good IF they make it fresh and correct. I have had 2 problems at this location before now. The first issue I had was the time I ordered a 36 classic atl style wings to find they were all spicy atl style and I absolutely cannot tolerate spicy so that day was $60 down the drain. There was another incident that occured last week. I placed another $60 dollar order, even have online reciept to prove it, but the cashier that day forged a tip and my total came out to $74 on my bank statement. Not only was a tip forged, but I was also DOUBLE charged the $74. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth but after I called and left a voicemail they refunded the fraudulent charges and I gave the business the benefit of the doubt. I came back to support three more times afterward. After today I will no longer support this business. I placed another expensive order. 36 CLASSIC Atl style wings and a medium fries (plus drinks). Once again they gave us SPICY for all wings and forgot our fries. This time I caught it while still in the parking lot because after the 1st time my family learned to always check it before we leave. When I went inside tonight 7/1/20 the curly hair cashier just looked so puzzled and didnt even apologize for the mistake. She told me to give them 15 minutes to fix it. I went in the car and had my boyfriend come in to get it once the time passed only for them to say "THIS IS ATL, DID U NOT ORDER ATL?" WOW!!! I literally come here almost EVERY damn day you mean to tell me I dont know what SPICY tastes like? ALSO, that means your cook tasted it and gave the same order back????? Apparently they DGAF about COVID or food safety either. And STILL NO apology. That's some poor customer service and ZERO care about customer loyalty. At that point I took the wings and left! What am I supposed to do, sit there and argue in front of a long line only for them to spit in it?? I'll take my business ELSEWHERE, honey. You go and support small businesses like this and this is what you get in return. Attitude & an IDGAF mentality. Thanks ATL! P.S. Your biscuits are trash and so are the fries. Wings were tasty but manager made a huge scene when another customer asked for more seasoning on her fries. He practically bullied her- he even told her he ate frys out of the same batch and if they were acceptable for him they should be acceptable for her. Most of the customers seemed very uncomfortable about the whole situation. Love ATL on 51ave so my husband and my kids and I decided we wanted ATL so we looked up to see the closest one to us because we live in El Mirage and this one came up only 9.5 miles away called a few times because it was busy my husband spoke to the manager we get all the way there and order 60wings for $75.00 with tax we ordered 4 different flavors we ordered from the manager we wait and well ours is up we take our food and leave go get pizza for the kids by our house get home go to eat and 24 wings are missing we tried to call 24+ times and some kind of busy message. We told the kids to eat and we went all the way back up to ATL and get there and the girl up front says well u need to bring back the food! We said we live all the way out in El Mirage And you all wouldn't answer the phone while the phone is ringing and we watch her push the button over and over .she said she will have to get her manager good he is the one that helped us!! She went back and was talking to him and he comes out with an attitude and has the nerve to argue with my husband about he knows what he forgot and he will only replace 12 my husband proceeds to tell him no we know what's not there !!! With attitude he said without the food he can't do anything!! Well we would have brought back the whole order if the girl up front wasn't denying the calls!! And it's almost 9pm by this time closing time !! Needless to say we won't be returning AT ALL EVER AGAIN !! Overall very decent. The wings had great flavor and were cooked well. The dry rub, it being dry was a little too dry for taste. French fries were good a little soggy by the time we got home. If I had to say one negative thing. The service was not great. Due to high call in orders they seem to be very unorganized. This location has the worst customer service ever. Was advised to wait outside which wasn't a problem, even provided a cell phone # so they could text once the order was complete. Waited almost an hour so went back in the store to see how much longer it would be and supposedly they were texting my phone with no proof. Never again will I go to this location. Last time a girl kept hanging up on me and when I went in to pick up my order she was also hanging up on people when I was waiting for my order. I love their Cajun hot wings! The sauce is so delicious and packed with flavor! I always order extra sauce on the side so that I can dip my fries/cheese fries in it. I recommend going here for some deliciousness. Get your wings extra wet if you like that sort of thing. read more

The wings were great! I like them hot, crisp, and juicy and that's how they came. The got our order wrong but they corrected it. The reason for the four stars was because of the horror movie playing in the dining area. I was uncomfortable having it playing. We will be back but probably only for to-go orders. read more

To compare to the atl wing on 51st ave in Glendale Az. 1st of all I orders a 24 piece boneless wings ( there were small as fuck, almost look like it was the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. and the flavors i order was atl, mild and toxic in which the toxic was supposed to be extra hot and the mild ones were hotter then the toxic one. I really don't leave reviews unless it was amazing service or it was so bad I MUST warn others. I've been going to ALT since the one on the east side opened in AZ. This was THE PLACE to eat when it 1st opened but they got comfortable and refuses to do the bare minimum to keep customers happy. 1.) 3 dozen wings (36 wings), ONE small ranch. Their own employees wouldn't eat 5 wings with ONE ranch, why would customers? 2.) Brought 3 dozen wing: 1 dozen had flavoring on it and the other 2 dozen had NO flavoring even though we asked for Ranch and Lemon Pepper. 3.) OMG the STAFF needs major work. Rude and you can IMMEDIATELY tell they hate life. We ALL been through some jobs we don't care for but not ONCE does a decent worker show it on the face. That's basic customer service 101 (I worked retail, restaurants and my current job is people facing). Consumer service was HORRIBLE. Don't treat us like WE ARE BOTHERING you and messing up YOUR day. I've been to the other ALTs and not one is has bad as this. If you live in Avondale you do best either going to one further out or eat somewhere else entirely. I put my order in online arrived at my time of pick up and was told my order was not ready and needed to wait. Several other customers were also waiting for orders over 30-45 mins even after ordering online. When I had about enough waiting the rude women said I've been calling your name and texting but yet I was seating in front of her and never heard my name come out of her mouth, funny I didn't get the text to my phone till I was already home 30 mins later. Customer service doesn't exist here. Called 5 times for phone was not answered the first 4 times I called. Woman on the phone was less then helpful. I paid for 12 traditional and 2 sets if boneless. What I received was 9 traditional wing soaked in so much grease I got sick after 4, and both boneless orders had less than 12. I paid for full orders and did not receive full orders.
