We have a lot of patience and understanding. We were sat and not immediately greeted but a woman came up and quickly dropped water off. Her body language was dismissive and only said just "dropping off water". I really thought it might have been another host or busser, that was tired of getting mistaken for a sever. I brushed it off. We waited so much longer before our server (happened to be the same girl that dropped off the water) came back to take our drink order. She was cold and didn't make eye contact. She was very short with us. Left to put the drink order in. She did bring the kids their soft drinks, but again with an attitude. It was as if we were ruining her day by coming in. 10 min went by. In that time, we saw her walk by and again avoid eye contact. Not even a "your bar drinks are being made", or "I am just going to run these dishes back and come back to take your order. " A really nice bartender came back and started talking with us about baseball because we were coming from a spring training game. Got here and we had to wait an hour and a half for the Pickleball court, which at the end of the day, is understandable since we didn't have the reservation on a Sunday afternoon. so we waited about an hour and a half the gentleman asked me if I wanted 30 minutes or an hour I said an hour I got put down for 30 minutes, not knowing spent an hour and a half at the facility playing cornhole, and all the other games they had to offer our time was finally up after having a couple drinks and food. And if you're looking for a fast drinks from the bartenders, you might as well sit down for 15 to 20 minutes to wait for that drink as they don't really care or have a sense of emergency because it is a tip pool . What they don't understand is it's a team effort and because they don't care that affects everybody else that does care. We ended up playing Pickleball for 30 minutes and got kicked off the court after reserving it for an hour and there was a mistake. Clearly I was frustrated and the only reason that they are getting a five star is because John the general manager stepped in and clearly saw my frustration before I even had said anything he already offered to take care of the 30 minute game and some other items as I was not looking for this he still took care of it. It doesn't really make it better, but at the end of the day, he definitely made it better and we do appreciate it so we definitely recommend this place. We will be back to play some pickle ball and give the other staff a chance.
