Romans' assistant came the next morning and efficiently took care of what turned out to be a leaking expansion tank. There was no funny business in trying to get me to replace the water heater, though it is getting up there in age. His assistant advised me on what to watch for in the future. His assistant cleaned up the mess, wiping down things nicely. Roman was checking with me on the phone through the process, which included running the hot water in all areas of my condo to ensure that all was working well after his assistant replaced the tank. Roman was very pleasant and attentive in the whole process. Roman was careful in explaining his charges. I believe I have found someone with a good sense of integrity! The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same.
