Very annoyed with the service last night. We are from out of town, so I'm glad there is a vape shop near, but Clifton was helping a lady and her young little daughters try every flavor possible. I understand the customized service, but he did not even acknowledge my friend and I when we walked in. We stood and waited and waited for 45 minutes, it was almost 10pm before we got out if there. All I needed was a new chamber bc I broke mine accidentally. He finally helps and goes onto to telling me how I could "say" my liquid broke it to my vape store guy to get it replaced for free! What? why do I need to lie? Then he goes on to tell me about service from other stores. Well that's when I politely explained to him how needs to improve. Will not be back! I stopped in here while passing through marble falls a few days ago(it was an emergency otherwise I would have waited another hour til I got home to go to my usual store) and I would like to say that the shop looks great and has a great selection of quality products plus a nice looking lounge area up front they even have most of the OHW line although it seemed like they didn't know much about it kind of they just stock it because it sells well. I was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman who asked what I needed and I told him I would like to buy any kind of 90/10 e juice then he told me he could make a 90/10 now I always like a good ol high vg house juice I just don't usually get it from stores I don't know or haven't had time to review but I agreed mostly because he seemed confident that it was going to be good....it wasn't I'm sorry to say I had high hopes for the strawberries and cream but I could taste something chemical like and I actually gagged, had a bad taste and sting in the back of my throat and almost vomitted several times on the way home needless to say I vaped less than 2ml and discarded it when I got home and suffered until the next day when my usual shop opened. Sorry create a cig but the house juice needs to be worked on other than that it's a good shop. read more

well my grandmother and i went to this vape shop and right when we walk in we are generous enough to say hello and nobody responds to us and when we sit there waiting for service nobody even asks us if we need help and actually they don't even respond to us when we ask questions about the vapes or juices so there for your customer service is horrible/unsatisfactory they have no respect for the customers so we politely said goodbye and they still didn't say anything and so we ask you to take notice of your employees customer service and make some huge adjustments to it cause that is just unacceptable for a little town like ours to be so rude to the customers in that way. read more

I went into Create a Cig in Marble Falls to purcases some Vape juice with a friend... when we walked in the door we said " HI " ... There were customers and employees in the store. No one said anything to us... we waited for quite a while to be waited on.... still ...WE were IGNORED!! My Friend and I finally Figured... They Did NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS... we nicely said GOOD-BYE and Left the store. I could not believe how RUDE we were treated by the staff of the store, by not even saying HELLO to a Customer! I spend alot of money vaping...and IT WILL NOT BE IN YOUR STORE!! I treat People with RESPECT. You All Need to Learn How To Do Customer Service A Bit Better!!! read more
