I feel like so many shops in nashville all have the same stuff; however, this hand-curated store felt different, as i had not seen many of the products here anywhere else. From the store and store's social media, it is prevalent that their mission is social justice and social change. My husband and I found this place online because Kacey Musgraves made an appearance/signing to promote Golden Hour. We happened to be in town that day and decided to go. We checked out the store online and my husband said, "It looks like somewhere you would shop!" and it's true! When I walked in there and saw all the cute gift items, cards and kitchenware, I was overwhelmed! This place totally gets me! It's so freaking cute! The shop looked to be a good size and spacious online. It also appeared to have a good selection of true vintage items. It wasn't too far from my daughter's apartment. We were lucky to find a parking spot in the small plaza. The store was not too busy. It was clean and well-organized. We carefully browsed through every rack and shelf. My son found nice a pair of Frye boots for $125. He was contemplating not buying them until another guy started to eye them and was waiting for him to put them back on the shelf. They were pretty much his at that point. My daughter is pickier. We were almost done when she saw a cute vintage sweater vest at the last rack for $42. Both of their items were in great condition, so I felt the prices were very fair. The woman at the counter was friendly as we checked out. Overall a very good experience. We'll be back!

It's a bit on the more expensive side for a few of the booths, but I have also found great deals in a few of them - especially upstairs. The location. In the heart of Brentwood, doesn't get much easier. The bad (aka based on the style of clothes, these things are incongruous): The jewelry and accessories selection is the antithesis of chic. Really cheap looking, not even trying to be synthetic gemstones. I could go on about it, but, I don't want to be mean. The decor of the store it less sophisticated, more cutesy. If I'm buying a pretty, new dress at a boutique, I want to feel like I'm buying a pretty, new dress at a boutique... not a pink and polka-dotted pre-teen store. One point of confusion is the parking. It's technically free, but you have to register inside to get a voucher after scanning a QR code posted outside. The marketplace is not a particularly busy area unlike downtown, so I'm not sure why the marketplace has to make it so complex. I'm not sure there are many people parking and walking off...

I feel like I've barely scratched the surface! While I didn't try any of the food options besides the gourmet popcorn place (which is surprisingly affordable for gourmet popcorn!) I loved the drinks I had at both Eat Bubbles (boba, matcha etc) and the irresistible Pont Neuf wine bar (both of which I'll review separately). And perhaps best of all: they have great seating areas throughout in which you can set up shop for working remotely, drinking your drinks, eating your snacks... so have at it!

Even when I walked past an employee with an armful of clothes, they did not offer to open a dressing room for me. When I went to check out, I had to stand around while the employees finished their conversation before they helped me out. Although the service is less than a typical J. crew experience, the deals make a visit here worth it!
