The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.

I think this is especially important to mention because a lot of their merchandise is religious based so it is a unique experience that needs to be savored. It is a little area in the center of the room where you can write down prayers on a tag and hang it on the wall. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter. The store is not large, but it has the basics of what I enjoy about the brand. I have picked up two pair of new kicks from this location over the past few years...my office is right around the corner, so when I am trying to delay hitting the highway due to traffic, I sometimes swing by and that can be dangerous.
