I needed only the seats in my truck shampooed, and in looking for nearby car detailers I saw Michael was closest to me, so I decided to give him a shot. I'll be honest, I trust online reviews as much as I trust the companies that host them (yes, like Yelp), and I have a high standard for truck because I'm stupidly OCD about cleaning it spotless. So, when Michael rolled up in Camry with his helper I thought the same thing you might when he arrives, "There's no truck?" Let me tell you, this man doesn't need a big rig to do big work. We chatted a bit, realized we're both east coast guys, and I felt more at ease letting him pamper my baby. He told me to come back down in 90 minutes and he would be done. 90 minutes later I came down to find Michael and his man still working in the heat...because he was going to throw in a wash & wax on the exterior for FREE. Did I mention I drive a black Ford F-150 Supercrew? Small, it isn't. Michael offered to completely detail the outside for nothing. He spend another 90 minutes making my truck look as good on the outside as it now does on the inside. I couldn't believe it. Called Mike for a car detailing emergency. Someone got sick in the back seat of my car and it was bad. You can't let something like that sit in your car. Even when you try to clean it up right away, the smell lingers. That's when I reached out to at least four different auto detailing companies.
