The only reason they missed me with the fifth star is honestly the project manager. He wasn't just a little bad. Like, ok you left a stack of grout bags in front of our backdoor. Annoying. But when he turned on our gas line when he was asked to turn on our water line, I think that did it. Poor Meredith had to be the communication channel for some frustrations we had along the way. She did a really good job of managing that. I wish there had been more accountability to Ferris when they finally removed him from our renovation basically at the end. I would use Meredith and so many of the people that work for Ferris again with nothing but confidence again if I could guarantee a few things would be different that would change the whole of the experience.

Trevor confirmed the belt was broken and stated he could replace it. However, having two bays with openers that were almost 20 years old, I asked about replacing the openers. He said he could do the job immediately. Once he finished, Trevor walked me through the set up process and how to use the equipment. I am so happy that he was the technician on duty - he also lubricated the door hinges so the doors are extremely quiet when opening/closing.
