Anthony fixed my faucet in the backyard. The pipes was shaky coming out of the wall, and looked fragile & old pipes despite being less than 6 years old. He stabilized the whole fixture, added an extra faucet that I requested, a shut off lever and everything works well. I recommend him but I must add he was a bit difficult to schedule at first because he was working on a previous job. Well sometimes plumbers don't always know how long a job will last until its done. I contacted Anthony at Decastro Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet. I had the same bad experience that Marcos P reported 16 days ago. I wish I had the 5 star plumbing service that other Yelp reviewers said Anthony is able to provide. However, Anthony was a no show. No responding to voicemail, no text of apology, and refused to pick up my phone calls. Not good behavior! Here is the good news. I busted my hose bib and had water shooting everywhere. So I had to turn off the water going into the house. This was on Friday at about 5 PM, so I was a little panicked that I would not be able to get a hold of people or have to pay some pricey emergency service fee, heading into the weekend. I looked up some plumbers on Yelp and found Decastro Plumbing. Anthony answered and said he could come in about 30 minutes, which he did. About 45 minutes later, a new hose bib was welded, the pipe was fixed, and everything was in perfect working order on a late Friday afternoon! Excellent plumber, very fair prices and he guarantees his work. I had to have a total repipe on my manufactured home as a result of a leak and several areas that were not up to current codes, and wear and tear on original piping. The only reason I have for giving him less than 5 stars is that he has a tendency to overbook himself which creates delays in getting the work done, and he could use an assistant to complete his billing and paperwork.
