We just purchased a house that needed a few repairs and our realtor suggested All Desert since she had worked with Danny before. Now that we hired him, I can see why. He was always prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and incredibly patient answering the questions of a newbie homeowner (even regarding things not directly related to the tasks we hired him for). I can't thank Danny and his team enough for their quality work on Friday 26th. We had been battling a sewer main line issue since New Year's Day. We had two other plumbing companies come out and clear a clogged sewer main line. American Mechanical plumbing tried for 2 days to clear the clogged sewer with no success but still requested payment of $650, they said they would credit that amount towards a $6,300 fee to dig and repair the sewer issue. The next day we called Mr. Rooter which was able to clear the sewer main line for a fee of $895.00, they said we would receive that as a credit towards a $7,800 fee to fix the broken sewer main line. We were great full to at least have a broken but functioning sewer, but the repair fee was was too expensive for us. We contacted All Desert Plumbing & Air and they fixed the broken sewer main line in 5.5 hours for $2,000.00. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and compassion they showed for all we had been through. Im a disabled veteran & they will always have us as a customer for life. These guys are the absolute best!!! They came highly recommended by some friends of ours, and now I know why! Our A/C stopped working on a day when temperatures were supposed to get up near 110. Between our toddler and our dogs, I was really concerned how hot the house would get. Not only did they come the same day we called, they came right on time and were very helpful. While fixing our air, they also killed a giant black widow spider they found in our backyard. That might not mean much to some, but I am EXTREMELY grateful for help like that. My 30 year old air conditioner needed to be replaced, I decided to do some research as I did not understand the HERS testing or permit process needed by the City; I spoke with 3 companies to get 3 bids. Ed and Dan, a great father/son team arrived together, both with great energy and smiles. Ed spoke to me and explained in detail the process of removing and replacing the two units, the vent testing and what the costs of permits were. The bid was very fair compared to another company that told me testing/permits would be around $2,000! In actuality as Ed said they would be, the cost ran around $500 for both! I felt that they were honest and respectful of my ignorance, answered my questions and sent me a detailed bid of costs. I hired them; they kept a very clean work area, were very polite, showed up on time, finished the job in the time frame promised and the work passed all inspections. Ed was a nice enough person. The toilet water ran, and he put in new working parts system, and said ok I should be good to go. I paid him $150.00. Just as he left my front door, the toilet began to run just like before. I was able to catch him before he reached his van. Ed came back in the house and looked at the toilet and said "Sorry this toilet is too old and I can't get parts". Ok so if that is the case, as a good business man would/should do is say, I will check around for a reasonable toilet for you. It stands to reason he would make a sale. Now after paying $150.00 I have to go buy a new toilet, pricing from $250.00+ plus installation. The way I see it, if he had suggested purchasing a new one up front, he would have made more money. #NOTHAPPY 3/31 Had new toilet installed. Asked how much to service our units which are working fine and they want $75 per unit which is nuts as we just had our two units on our commercial units which were working fine and they charged $45 total as nothing had to be done to them. Typical over charging of we retired folks out here in the desert as they think we can't take it to the grave. Love to find some honest folks out here. read more

OUTSTANDING! Ed Reyes returned my call for a non-emergency toilet leak within 30 minutes, we set an appointment window between 9-11am the next day and he arrived 10 minutes early! His son, Dan, accompanied him. Both gentlemen were polite, courteous and respectful. The toilet was an off brand so they had to go get a part. Owner called Ed and he was in touch to set up appointment; came out on Saturday AM, and replaced seal on toilet stool that had not been set properly when previously installed.
