We have enjoyed using Randall's Plumbing for the last 15 years - ALWAYS does a great job. Yesterday we had John come by to install a replacement Kohler toilet seat for a one-piece toilet. After reviewing all the videos on the Internet saying this was the WORST and HARDEST job in the world, we were skeptical even if Randall's could make the installation - no one said this job was easy. John arrived on time and very neat in his appearance, extremely easy to work with and got right down to the job. He used his experience to move past Kohler's use of the incorrect bolts sent with the kit and instead provided and installed Randall's proper bolt kit - result. . . a PERFECTLY installed replacement toilet seat! Plumbing problems are often emergencies and Randal's always responds promptly. This time it was a continuous leak from a hose outlet on the outside of the house. They had a little trouble finding how to shut off the external irrigation, but they did find it and shut it off. Then they were able to control the leak, which took care of the problem. Later, they will come back and put in a new fixture. Every time I've called them, they've been prompt and efficient. I've never see such good plumbing company. read more
