Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different company. Got a quote for some work to be done. Guys showed up and said 75% of it didn't need to be replaced, even though one fitting was clearly leaking. Fine, so they fixed 3 of the 10 items listed on the quote and it took an hour and 45 mins. With two people. Two angle stops and a shortened drain. My contractor shows up and asked all the questions you'd expect and says I overpaid and still need another plumber to come back and fix it all. Gave me a new plumber to contact, (who has 30 years experience in the valley)he came over and fixed everything in less than an hour and put together our vanity plumbing for free. Just to be nice. His price was fair and still less than my updated price from these guys. I had to call Randal's multiple times to get someone on the phone to explain why this happened. Excuses. Spend your hard earned money with a company that is straight forward and won't gouge unsuspecting customers. read more

I've used these guys for years and years and they're absolutely the best... Never had an issue. They always gave me fair pricing never asked me to do anything or purchase anything that I didn't want. Matter fact, they always give me suggestions to save money... I had an issue with a discontinued part on a shower. I couldn't find anywhere called these guys. No problem took them three weeks but they figured out where to get it and then they came over and installed it. Now I'm doing a bathroom renovation and I had Kevin come out and he looked over the project with me...couldn't have been more helpful... After reviewing all the videos on the Internet saying this was the WORST and HARDEST job in the world, we were skeptical even if Randall's could make the installation - no one said this job was easy. John arrived on time and very neat in his appearance, extremely easy to work with and got right down to the job. He used his experience to move past Kohler's use of the incorrect bolts sent with the kit and instead provided and installed Randall's proper bolt kit - result. . . a PERFECTLY installed replacement toilet seat!
