The gentleman was so nice and checked all my tires and ensured the pressure was good for all of them. They got busy and only had one technician. They asked if I could get the oil changed today and come back in the morning to get tires and alignment. I stated yes I would. On my 40 min drive home I started to hear a knocking sound. I had to pull over, my car started giving me an error saying to cut the engine off, need oil. I looked under the hood and there was oil everywhere, I checked under the car and oil was leaking. I checked the oil and not a drop was in there. Thank God I had two qts in the car. I had to put them in just to make it 10 more minutes home. All of that oil has leaked out and is all on my garage floor. I think my engine is messed up now. Worst experience ever.

I came in right before Christmas to get a second opinion on repairs that were going to run me…read more$1600. they looked at it in less than an hour and told me that nothing needs to be repaired, my clamp just needed to be tightened. they didn't charge me anything when they could have easily scammed me like the other place was trying to. fast forward to 3 weeks later and my car is overheating again so I took it back. it took them over 4 hours to look at my car (irritating but they operate on a walk in basis), they fixed it and again decided not to charge me anything. I tipped them out of sheer principal. bottom line: these are honest people who operate with integrity. I will never go to another auto repair shop!
