I usually talk to the older gentleman and he is always super nice and attentive and keeps me updated on any issues, if any. Every time we use Mark's towing they get out to our drivers super fast and are able to get down any back roads we send them to.

I'm already crying because I'm stressed about the funeral, and scared being in this city alone when my home is 3 hours away. Only accepting cash is a huge red flag, but to make it even better, they don't have an ATM! So, crying, I have to call another uber to take me to an atm to get cash and back to the tow yard. Upon paying the $500 extortion fee, I discover I dropped my car keys in the uber. Now I'm really crying because it just has been a really bad day. I have to call Uber and pay them for the driver's phone number to then pay him to drive my keys back to the tow yard. The crabby, horrible-excuse-for-a-human being at the front desk sees me crying and calling the uber driver, and gleefully sings out to me that if the driver isn't there by 6:00 pm with my keys(it's 5:30 pm) that I will not be able to get my car because she is closing and it will be an additional $65 to get tomorrow. I am STRANDED at this place, three hours from my home, out of money with no place to go, and she could see how scared and upset I was, but she found it pleasurable to add to my distress by being a horrible, evil human being. What kind of person does that? Yep, I made a mistake in my time of shock and sorrow, got my car towed, and paid over $700 rectifying it. But to be treated the way that old lady treated me and to be mocked and laughed at during something so stressful and scary is a testament to what kind of company this is. Thankfully the uber driver arrived 5 minutes before they closed. Now all I can do is spend my long drive home praying that the rude, empathy-lacking old lady at the front desk receives everything she deserves in this lifetime and the next one.

My wait time has always been short and Amin called me keeping in touch to let me know ETA. 24 hour service,, which is so great, because you never know. We aren't always blessed with a reliable car. Amin was careful, had nice flatbed and he was on time. Fair and reasonable price for what is out there. I have to mention something odd. He actually asked me what was wrong with the car and then offered what it might be. That was great since being a woman who isn't up on car problems, you take it to a place and they may tell you something else, which has happened to me before. LOW AND BEHOLD Amin was correct! I felt armed when I took it in with knowlege that made it look like I knew something and not to charge me for what I didn't need. I really appreciated that extra touch in service. He noticed me sitting for quite some time near by his shop and he came and offered to help. Amin was very kind and helpful and even helped talk me through dealing with my insurance. He made sure my car and I arrived safely (and warm) at the dealership. Definitely the best tow experience I've had. Was quick, professional and compassionate. 10/10!

T&T Automotive has become our go-to auto shop, after switching over a couple of years ago. I'm not…read morea big car guy, but know enough to be dangerous and make my own repairs after copious amounts of YouTube watching. They always do a good job of explaining things to me, without making me feel like an idiot, and don't try to trick me into unnecessary services. The latest example was when my car wouldn't start in the driveway. I had T&T tow it to their garage and perform a 1.5 days testing it out. They ran several tests and plugged in the computer scanner, without finding any issues. The service tech, George I believe, insisted on keeping it overnight to see if trying to start the car in the morning made a difference. There wasn't anything he could determine and the car started just fine for him (of course) and has been running smoothly for me the past couple of days. He also advised me to hold off on some non-critical repairs I had scheduled for a couple of weeks, to see if this non-starting issue came back. I really appreciate that, because if the starting issue comes back and is serious, I would be disappointed if I had paid for a couple of control arms to be replaced... That's what I appreciate about T&T, they're super honest and have given me good repairs that don't break the bank (no unnecessary fluff). If you live in the south Minneapolis metro area, or Richfield specifically, I highly recommend T&T Automotive for all your vehicle repair and maintenance needs!
