One thing we noticed was that when they called out order numbers, it was fairly loud for the amount of people there at the time. The burger (wagyu brisket jalapeño) and hot honey crispy chicken sandwich that we got were both delicious and just as expected! I loved the shoestring fries since that's my favorite kind of fry. I also thought the fry sauce was the best balance of sweet and tangy. We ordered dessert at the table using the provided QR code and again were able to track when our orders would be ready on the screen. The regular shake and small soft serve cup were the same size - the pictures made it seem like the shake would be bigger but that didn't bother us, just worth noting.
