We got our truck stuck and had no idea who to call. Luther had good reviews so we gave them a try. Bailey answered and was a joy to talk to, she arranged for a driver to come and pull us out. The driver was quick, professional and amazing at how he managed to get the truck out without hitting a fence, trees or anything. Much of this stuff was millimeters away from the truck but he got it out without a scratch. So, if you want super fast, amazing service and phenomenal customer service call these guys! These guys are awesome. After a long road trip one of my car tires decided to deflate on me & I needed a quick tow to a mechanic to get it patched up. I submitted a roadside assistance request through my insurance (geico) and within a minute they said Luther would be my provider and would arrive within the hour. Ten minutes later Luther texts me to let me know they're 10 mins away. Super prompt, they were already getting the tow bed ready before I managed to come outside! They carefully loaded my car onto the bed, the employee that came out was super professional and clearly very experienced. It was a smooth ride to the mechanic and all done so quickly! Pothole from hell took out two of my tires at the same time late on a Saturday night in St. Paul, MN. Luther Towing came across town, from Hugo, to get us. Tim, the driver, was very kind, friendly, and professional. He carefully hooked our car up and towed us to the dealer. He even offered to drive us home after dropping the car off. His timing was perfect, he was knowledgable about towing a lowered AWD car, and he took care of everything for me at the shop so I could get home and get some sleep. I was stuck at a gas station and scheduled a tow with them through geico. Was told my original wait time was 90 minute. 20 minutes after the estimated arrival time I still was getting later and later estimates on arrival and got no call from them saying they would be late. I got so fed up with them not answering my calls and waiting that I called geico back and got set up with a new towing company. This is not the first time I have had issues with them I would take your business elsewhere. read more

When pressing about this unacceptable lack of service, I asked for discount. The discount was granted; a whopping 3.8%. They took off $5. Scumbags. From the nice customer service dispatcher to the actual service who arrived in no time and flawlessly changed my tire, I was...just ...in awe! Luther Towing was dispatched to my disabled car via Progressive Insurance roadside assistance. The driver contacted me en route to my location and he arrived almost immediately. My car was inoperable and was inside of a parking garage, but the driver was able to figure out how to extract it safely. The equipment used (flatbed) was new, clean and in perfect working order. It sucked that my car broke down, but the professional manner in which the tow was handled by Luther made me feel a little better. Highly recommended. read more

I have called Luther Towing at least a half a dozen times in the last ten years. Every driver that has came to my rescue has always been professional, empathetic and sincere. After seeing the all pink flat bed with the huge breast cancer support sticker the other day on the highway I remembered I have never reviewed them. Clearly this company has proved themselves in the last 10 years! They are always on time and call you with updates on estimated times if traffic fails. Trucks are clean , drivers know what they are doing and I know they are making sure my vehicle is not getting any damage. Regardless of why my vehicle needs to be towed, I will wait for Luther and then only to pick me up. read more

Waited 3hrs for a tow out of a ditch and didn't even attempt to pull car out. Received a call telling me good luck and offered no help. Called 24/7 tow service and showed up within 1hr and pulled car out of ditch...Luther towing is worthless and a waste of time. read more
