So far...GREAT! I switched to this company after another lawn company was proven to be very shady (see my other reviews). The kid who sold me was knowledgeable and friendly. Told me he wanted to EARN my business. I have had 2 treatments so far and noticed an EXTREME difference in my lawn. The weeds have disappeared and I am receiving compliments from neighbors. A couple things I hope to see improve....after getting burned by the last company, I requested getting calls prior to them coming out. Only had 2 treatments so far but no call made on the second. Also, noticed a couple things on the invoice they left for me that were dated, i.e. offering a referral bonus if made before 5/1, but they left on 5/2. Little things..... We have been using All Turf for about a year and love this company!!! Bermuda is so healthy and their customer service is great! They always call ahead and let us know they are coming. We had some new sod laid during the spring, and they always made sure to treat the new sod differently from the already established yard. I truly don't understand any of the negative reviews on Yelp, because they have been the best service we have used over the years. I have been using them for almost a year. I had been trying to address my weed problem in my front yard by myself for 3 years and was going nowhere. They came out and the first month all of my weeds were gone. I was so impressed because I was told it would take 3-4 treatments before I would see any results. I highly recommend them. read more

I am not seeing any changes in the weed growth in my yard and they are not leaving any paperwork print out on my door as they did when they first treated my property. I was reluctant to go with this company because of the negative yelp reviews, although the Google reviews are much better, but the price was great. The customer service wasn't bad either as the sales person addressed all my questions and concerns and even promised to notify me when they were coming so I could keep the dogs inside. I've only had one treatment so far and within one week my weeds are gone and the grass looks so much better. We had bad experiences with Weed Man as their product didn't seems to do anything to the weeds. My only complaint is that my gate was left wide open, so had I not checked, the dogs could have run out. read more

I decided to give All Turf a try since I was having bad results with another company. So far I've been really pleased. I saw results quickly and my Bermuda is very healthy looking this year. They always call the day before to let me know when they are coming and then the tech calls when he arrives at my property. Very bad customer service. Charge me and didn't do the service or I did not see any change of my yard. Actually we didn't schedule the date of the service yet. They just told me they will call me to take about the detail and asked my bank account information. No they told me they have done the service someday weeks ago. I asked them why charge me before we signed the contract or schedule a appointment, and why my yard still look s like a shit. I tried for several months to get what I perceived as a far result for the money I spent with them (All Turf). Despite two times of soil samples being taken at no time did I ever recieve the results. I ask for my Crepe Mrytels be treated for a fungus and despite All Turf spraying something, the fungus got worse. The yard looked ok but in several spots I had what they called crab grass and they said they would get rid of it next season. read more

I have used AllTurf for several years. We have a problem lawn - Centipede grass. We interviewed several companies to see who could maintain our lawn. AllTurf won our business. Our lawn looks horrible today - even after one of the wettest springs in Buford. we actually got a letter from our Home owners association that we needed to work on our lawn. I was told by AllTurf that they no longer will accept customers with Centipede yards (for the last 2 years). I was never notified of their decision. They do not provide weed control if you have Centipede - we have lots of weeds. They cashed our checks. I have asked for a refund - rejected. Their solution is to come out and look at my lawn - again. Cancelled them yesterday. Very disappointed. read more

I took on this service with the assurance that there would be honesty and integrity. BOY WAS I WRONG!! Service was scheduled for my lawn care and I literally had my husband wait for them all day. While he waited he started to do some work outside of the home early in the morning as he had to go to work early the next morning. I have a very sensitive door bell which picks up on any motion on my lawn. Long story short, I was charged for Service that was not rendered. I emailed video footage that at the time services was stated to be rendered that noone was on my lawn except my husband. I later on received a phone call from a rep to say they have a picture which stated my lawn was serviced. I was like really, if thats the case I can drive by your house, take a picture from my car and say I treated your weeds now pay me. Lousy. Don't waste your time or your money! Promise of a solution that never comes. Whatever they are doing to treat my lawn, it is ineffective at best and feels like a complete rip-off to me. I have been using All Turf for several months now based on a special that was being run on Angie's List. Except for the dead of winter, I have had weeds the entire time and I continue to loose grassy areas of my lawn. I have called several times to try to get someone to address this issue. I get nothing but excuses and no sense from this provider that they are actually interested in helping me fight weeds or improve my lawn. Just started using this lawn care company. The prices are way better than some of the bigger companies in the area. If you check their website they have a $15 off coupon for the first treatment. On 8/25/21, One of your employees trespassed and treated my property with fertilizer and weed killer. This includes my backyard where I grow an expensive and time-consuming microclover space to cover ground as well as feed deer and rabbits. I'm not a customer, and did not request any kind of service from your company. I'm sure the rabbit eating sprayed-clover in my backyard right now does not appreciate the chemicals you sprayed on it, and neither do I. I called and spoke with a nice woman after several attempts to get a human on the phone, but I have not heard back from a manager in person or by phone or by email as I was told I would. I please respond with the name of the employee who trespassed on my property, and an apology from a manager. I would also like a written plan for a solution for if my clover patch dies. UPDATE: I sent a message two days ago, still no response. I'll give it a little more time for photo evidence as my clover patch dies, then I guess I'll head to small claims court if I haven't heard back. read more

We hired All Turf for lawn maintenance about a year ago. Our lawn was literally dirt and weeds. I am happy to say that now our lawn is absolutely gorgeous and we are the envy of our neighborhood. Used All Turf for two years. They never got weeds under control with different excuses so we switched to another company this year. We paid for the year and should have received 5% discount. They billed me for the discount (conveniently "failed" to apply discount when paid) and a service they did on January 6 (how fortuitous, do service early in year before customer has chance to cancel.) Spoke with nice lady named Audrey and she got the 5% corrected but couldn't help with the unwanted service in early January. Jim, the manager, was no help and only wanted the big $59 for January. Our front yard looks great. Our back yard has large areas of grass dying. We are paying for the front and back yard to be treated. We were told that they were taking a soil sample and would mail us the results. We never received anything or any answer as to why our lawn in the back is dying. It seems as though they really do not know why our lawn is dying in our backyard. read more

Moved into my first home in August and to say my yard was in rough shape is an understatement. 99% weeds in the back and 99% moss in the front. Started service with All Turf by recommendation of a friend. Talked on the phone with an experienced customer service rep who said he had been in the lawn care industry for 5+ years. Explained the condition of my property, and little did I know we had been trying to promote the completely wrong type of grass for our house's environment! Gave me wonderful recommendations on how to get my lawn back on the right track. I immediately signed up for their weed control and fertilizer program and scheduled an aeration and seeding for the fall. Almost one year later my yard has done a full 180! I have plush rich green grass, and the moss is GONE! I cannot recommend All Turf enough. They have amazing experience and the fact that they're locally owned and operated is a huge plus! read more

I signed up with them at the beginning of the year. I let them know I needed the service scheduled on Fridays. I have a dog and I can keep him in the house on Fridays. Salesperson didn't think it would be a problem. I think the second time in they showed up on a Thursday - the gate to the backyard was locked. They can only do the front of the yard. I called to remind them I had to have the lawn serviced on Fridays. They showed up again to complete - on a Thursday. I called again to remind them of Fridays. They then told me they could not honor this request. I cancelled the service and had to hire another company to complete the service (btw - shout out to King Green for being great!). They've been trying to get me to pay for the last service even though they never completed the service and I made it clear several times that I needed them to show up on Friday. They offered to discount the last bill by 35%. From my perspective - either you complete the service or you did not - they did not. I have no problem with them not being able to commit to a friday schedule - but they should have never taken my business. I do have a problem with them billing me for a service they didn't complete nor finishing it on a Friday like I requested. Unsure if their lawn care is good or not - but from a customer service perspective the are not good. Why would anyone want to do business with a company like them? read more

I've used All Turf for about two years....My lawn never looked green and plush, but I continued to use them because they told me to wait it out in 6 months my lawn would be beautiful and told me that I am in a new neighborhood it would take a few months for the sod to come in strong. They did a somewhat decent job and the weeds were going away....that is until we decided to put up a fence. Once we did we asked them to call before they came out. They never called, but would text me they would be out the next day, so I would leave my gate unlocked. They never came until days later with no follow up text. Since my gate was locked they were not able to get into the back, but they continued to charge me the full amount saying they did spray the back even though my gate was locked. After several calls to "Greg" the area manager he assured me that it would be handled, but he only told me what I wanted to hear....Nothing ever changed. The tech even called in January and advised that because my gate was locked in the past he just assumed it was locked and never checked. This was not the customer service that I would expect from a company....When I called to question the service I received, it seemed like my business didn't matter to them.....Greg even told me "It is what it is and that he would cancel too if he were me".....Hate to know that other customers would go through this and not get what their paying for. read more

I started using All Turf (Loganville) because at the time I thought I was getting a good deal and although a little hesitant about having a direct payment draft from my banking account decided to take a chance. The service was okay to my knowledge but I became a little concerned when some of the grass that I was told was treated for ants ended up brown, but I continued on with the service for a couple of months more. But when I tried to cancel the service via email they came out the following month and performed service and when I brought it to their attention it was not taken very pleasantly. I even told them I would go ahead and pay for that month even though I had cancelled the service and payment wasn't due for another month. All Turf not trusting their customer obviously decided to debit (2) payments from my account, the reason I was against giving them my debit card information. So consumer BEWARE they are very quick to take money from your account even if not owed. read more

If i could give the company zero stars I would. We had new zoysia sod put down a few months ago and signed up for their service. The first time they came out, the technician spoke to my husband and I and explained he would not be able to treat the lawn because it hadn't rooted yet. He hand sprayed 3 weeds and left. We received a $60 invoice for that non existent service. I called and they told me they would come back out, but the technician told them that he did the full service. Lie number one. They came back out and spent 5 minutes and then said I needed to make the payment. I paid them and waited for the next month in hopes it would get better. The few weeds we had multiplied at least 10X in a couple of weeks. They came out yesterday and left an other $60 invoice. Since I wasn't home when they came, I decided to view my security cameras to see if they did in fact do the services they claimed. They did not. The tech spent 3 minutes on my yard and looped around one time with the spreader. I called and explained that they again did not do what I was being charged for. I spoke to Greg who said he was a manager. He argued with me and said they are an honest company and their techs do the work. When I explained that I it all on video with time stamps, he still argued and basically called me a liar. He called his tech and then called me back stating the tech said he spent at least 10 minutes on my yard and did all the applications. Lie number two. He then said that I have to pay the $60 for the service. He was completely rude and treated me horribly. I sent the videos to the company with an explanation of exactly what he did and the total amount of time that he could have spent on my lawn (i was generous with the 3 minutes). Not one word back from anyone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Atlanta sod recommended them and does for all their clients, but not sure why unless they get some kickbacks or something. Do not waste your time or money on this horrible company. No customer service, no honesty and total frauds. read more

When I went to them to ask how we can resolve the issue amicably they had nothing to offer other than it was a rainy winter and the bill is for "services rendered" meaning they couldn't care less about the fact that my lawn looks terrible, they just want their money. Yesterday I lost my iphone (fell off the top of my car while I was driving...yeah) and was mildly panicked since it also had all of my credit cards and ID with it. To make the story short, Will G over at All Turf picked it up from the side of the road, reorganized my strewn out cards and personally drove it over to my house after emailing me (he found my contact on a biz card) to let me know he had them. I know this is not a review on All Turf's lawn work, but it speaks a lot about their people and the character and integrity they display.
