Went in to get scrubs for my daughter's highschool class. This is our first experience with needing to place or make an order since she is a freshman. Three employees behind the counter, not one greeted us as we entered. Not one came to ask us if we needed help. Not one acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter to ask a question. The three stood there talking as they worked on various stock products. Not one made eye contact. Acted like I didn't exist. Finally one girl asks me to step to the other register than the one she was standing at, still not making eye contact with me. She starts her cash register....i was there to ask a question not check out. The remainder of the time we had to spend in there was ridiculous. If ONE employee could have helped us we wouldnt have been floundering around for so long on our own. I told the girl i needed to order another set. She ignored me or forgot, so i ultimately will take a set with me to another place for color coordinating and only bring back for the embroidery. We also bought three cute pens in there....only to not have them put in the bag. (I have to go back today now and explain.) Then the girl forgot to charge me for embroidery so i had to make two transactions instead of one. Not a big deal really but set me wrong after everything else. I would not go to that place again if it weren't for her schooling suggesting it because " they deal with the highschool and know whats required in style and color, along with embroidery." Terrible experience with this awful business... Can not process orders correctly and then blame the website for the error. English is horrible and the customer service got worse every time I called. I was told at one point to call back during open hours after someone picked up my call and didn't want to deal with the order error...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This store should not be in business.... It was a nightmare experience to shop at the store in Brandon. I ordered polos 3 months ago and it was a disaster customer experience for me! I felt been fooled and lied by the employees here and tortured. I went to the store three times and called the number three times every time they were just pushed me around. I asked for refund and got three different answers: only the district manager can approve refund, there's no refund we only do store credit(this answer was provided by the lady in brown skin with short curly hair) and you have to go to the store to get the refund. The manager is always absent. Obviously the district manager didn't do his job in term of managing, training the employees. read more

Yelp needs to allow us to rate ZERO stars for businesses. As I'm typing this I'm on hold with the store about the pants and shorts I left at the store for embroidery one week prior. I was told at the store that once the embroidery was complete that I would receive a phone call. Today on the phone I was told "how can they call you when we don't have your number".... I went 7/20 and bought uniforms for my kids. The girls at the counter seem bothered when you walk up to the them first of all. No greeting, no hello, barely any eye contact. Keyana handed me a card and mumbled for me to put my name and number on it. I gave it back before I left. I returned 7/26 to exchange some of the shirts because I didn't notice the wrong school name on them (my fault). I also noticed some of the pants and shorts needed embroidery so I left them with Keyana who was at the counter again and asked for my phone number. I gave her my number and she says she doesn't have me in the system but that she would update it.... I left and went home and waited for a call.... I just got off the phone with Adeline now who informed me my phone number was never updated, my email address was wrong and I noticed on the first receipt that even my name was spelled wrong. She also informed me that my order is LOST! School starts in 6 days. I asked to speak to a manager because this is sooo wrong on so many levels but the manager (Janai?) was too busy to speak with me. I wish there was a different place to get the uniforms from because I can honestly say I hate this place. Some of the workers on the floor were helpful at the very least. They need to take the girls and swap them out with people who have customer service skills and actually want to work there. Maybe next time around I'll buy shirts elsewhere and just have them embroidered elsewhere. I did notice when I went to the used uniform sale at my kids' school that many of the clothes had different name tags than the one available at this store. They were embroidered and I'm sure they weren't embroidered at this store. So that's my advice to any parents - buy the uniforms elsewhere and just pay for the embroidery. Terrible customer service, they never answer the phone when you call, the place stunk, and it was a mess. Half the people there don't knowhow to do there jobs . Like actually terrible, if i could rate this place 0 stars i would . PLEASE don't come here and waste your time. All the reviews below are accurate. This store is worth 0 stars. Specifically drove to this dump of a store at the beginning of July to buy uniforms for both of my kids to avoid the crowds and delays. They did not have sweatshirts back in July and I was told that they would mail them to me within 3 days. Obviously that didn't happen (or I wouldn't be writing this review) and no follow up from any team member on the delay. Had to call them 3 times in the last five weeks to get an update. Finally got the package last Friday just to find out that they accidentally put pullovers instead of zip sweatshirts in the package. Called and spoke with a manager Janae who assured me that she would ship me two sweatshirts next day and as soon as I receive them, she asked me to mail the pullovers back. It's been 7 days with no package. Drove all the way back to that store to deal with Damien who could really care less whether or not he helped any customer. He sounded like it was his first day on a job and mind you, he was left by himself at the front. This kid is clueless!! After I explained to him that I needed to return the pullovers and re-order my zip sweatshirts he couldn't give me an approximate ETA (said it would be coming "soon") and asked that I pay $15 extra. No idea why... I've already paid for both zip sweatshirts. I asked for the manager to come help and he said that she didn't want to come out as she was "busy" in her office. That's lovely to hear that manager is free to just decline to speak to the paying customer... This place is absolutely terrible. Stay away if you can!! read more

I had 3 Polo's embroidered. Every shirt had the wrong school name. When asked if it could be corrected, we were told no. No money back. We lost the cost of the shirts and over $50 for the embroidery. I have always recommended your buisiness, and I made sure you had the university logo over a year ago. I will find a new place to go now. What a slap in the face. I've called this store 5 times now since august 5th- it always transfers to the corporate office to - "Nara" voicemail in which I've left voicemails every time. They were out of blue uniform shirts when I was in the store back in august- I purchased 5 shirts in total- 3 white in which I received that day and two blue. All I was wanting to know is if the shirts were in and when I can pick them up. Customer service is terrible. I'm not sure why there is no communication with this place and as I'm reading all the negative reviews I can see this is a common thing. Placed an order. Waited OVER 2 months and still wasn't in. Cancelled my order. Bought my own shirts and brought them in to be embroidered only because this was only other place that has my son's school emblem. Brought them in on a Saturday was told it would be done that Tues/Wed. Gave them until Friday before calling to follow up on. Was told their inventory was offline and they had to hand log everything and I should be able to pick up Saturday. Called back Sunday and was told the shirts weren't done. Worst store EVER. Picked up my shirts to take them to the only other place that can do it because paying almost double is better than dealing with this store. If I can give this store a zero I would. I order a chef jacket for my husband on March 9 and today May 24, 2023 I just pick it up, so you do the math how long it took for me to get his jacket. Piss poor customer service! I have come to this establishment multiple times and the same thing every time! Terrible customer service! I purchased some pants for my daughter for school and soon as she put them on for school the ripped from the seem (by her leg) all the way up her thigh. I ordered my sons uniforms over 2 months ago and got half of my order. I never received an email where the other half went and assumed they were shipping at separate times due to high demand. Two weeks went by and then I started to call with no answer. I left voicemails with the corporate office. I have not been able to get a hold of this company at all. I placed an order in July that I have not received. I have been to the store, with an appointment, and had to wait over two hours outside. When I was finally allowed in they had no status. I have emailed five times with no answer. I've called many times but no one will answer. I ordered a jacket with my son's name. I've been charged for the order but I still don't have it. I ordered my daughter's uniforms, $175. The website advertised all sizes kept in stock at all times. I assumed I would be able simply go to the store and pick up my order the next day. That was not the case. I waited in line to be told by a security guard that I had to schedule an appointment. I recently relocated here from upstate NY, and was unable to purchase the uniform ahead of time. The school started the next day. The school gave me a 2 week uniform extension. I had to drive to 5 stores and spend an additional $125 on clothes for her to wear to school while we waited for her uniform. It is now September. I have yet to hear that my order is ready for pick up or that it has been shipped. I refused to spend more money. What happened to the money I already spent? read more

We had to visit AUW for school uniforms for my son. Our first visit there the staff greeted us right away and walked us thru showing us the marked area we had to shop from for our son's school. Check out took a bit longer than anywhere else I've been but I could tell it's because of the software they're required to use. We had to visit again the week before school started to purchase more items. Boy was it busy in there. Even with the chaos I was still greeted promptly by a staff member and was followed up on while I was picking out the items I needed. Check out took even longer but that's because there was a lengthy line of parents getting last minute items. With the exception of a not so honest employee and crabby manager, our experience with AUW has been mostly positive. read more

This place is beyond ridiculous, I ordered my sons shirts before school started and it's taken them almost 8 weeks and 4 visits to get my order. I called and called and was rudely placed on hold when I called over and over again they just hung up on me. It didn't get any better in person either they said they couldn't refund me my money it was store policy and they couldn't do anything to help because the owner was in Miami. I enjoyed my experience with this store the manager was very experienced and helpful with assisting me and my aunt with the items we needed. This is where i will be getting my uniforms in the future. They seem to have a wide variety of sizes something a lot of stores do not offer. I usually have to go to several store's to get my children's uniforms,they did not require any type of school logo's etc and they were able to provide exactly what i needed right on the spot! read more
