It has been over a month, and I have not receive the order items or my money back. I called multiple times, been on long holds, talked to them and nothing happened. They say I will get an email either with the tracking of the package or the instructions for my money back, but nothing yet. They say it could take up to 3 months. Make sure you read the fine print on your receipt. Purchased two pairs of scrub pants and went to return them the next day. Tags still on them, in the original bag and with the receipt. This is one of the largest uniform stores I have seen. I'm guessing there were 75 racks of scrubs. Only 3 racks were for men. I don't understand. I was disappointed that 95% of the store was dedicated to woman. The small section for men didn't even offer a variety of styles. read more

I understand that but, the funny thing is after calling for over an hour, I decided I would just bite the bullet and drive up there and I walked in and there wasn't a soul in the place but, yet they still weren't answering the phones. Yet again they didn't have the pants in stock. I am precluding that if you are attempting to visit a business you have - 1. a firm grasp of the hours of operation of that business and, 2. the ability to read a watch. If neither or none of those two facts are in place, I don't take your negative review seriously. With that in mind, we tried All Uniform Wear as a resource to find 5.11 Tactical pants for my wife, who is an EMT. After a long drive from our ranch in North Fort Myers, we rolled in, found exactly what we needed, and checked out with super friendly and accommodating staff. We called ahead to make sure the products we wanted were in stock, in the appropriate size and color, BEFORE we headed down. Which could probably be added to my list of preclusions before visiting a business. We did our research, called ahead, came during business hours, and had a pleasant experience. How can you run a company with preople who only speak spanish! The That's crazy, the Spanish girls that were by the monogram machine are rude and made me feel uncomfortable! One lady had no idea what I was saying! Part of customer service is making the customer feel comfortable! It seemed as if they didn't want to help me at all! All I wanted was a lolgo For my sons school! I calle ahead of time another woman told me she was there until 530 & at 5 she was leaving! I'm in customer service, and that was not it! Store offers, good deal on Scrub set. Unfortunatley the sizes are wrong. A member of staff, purchased the deal and realized within 24 hours the sizes were wrong. Attempted to purchase another size and stiil no fit.The store refused a refund but offered full credit, so a more expensive item would have to be purchased. Seems like bait and switch? One would think, due to Covid 19, they would be a little flexible, nope once they have your money, a loss unless you purchase a higher item. I was just in the store minding my business when one of your Spanish employees in the back of the store started taking trash about me right in front of me assuming I don't speak Spanish. I ended up hiding in the dressing room because she wouldn't stop talking about me to one of the male employees and I've never felt more uncomfortable. What kind of store is this? This was so unprofessional and unnecessary. If I could give negative stars I would. A grown woman talking trash about the customers that walk into the store that have done absolutely nothing to deserve it. Speaks volumes on what kind of trashy lady she is. read more

I absolutely love this store. I've been there twice this week. There are many, many options. Their sizes range from XXS to 3X at least. I didn't really search for larger sizes but was stoked to find XXS and XXSP. Their prices are very good. I walked out with 4 shirts and 2 scrub pants for 108!! That's insane to me. The employees are incredibly nice. This young gentlemen asked if I needed help a couple of times but I was too prideful to say yes. He overheard me telling my son what I needed and quietly picked it out and came up to me and said "Is this what you're looking for?" And of course, it was haha so even though I pushed him away he was still kind and helped me out. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, just a very kind person doing their job EXTREMELY WELL! I'd highly recommend this store for anyone looking for scrubs, but especially women. So many options! They have shoes, masks, stethoscopes, men's wear, reflective vests. Came in to purchase uniforms for my grandsons charter school. Owner is very knowledgable and helpful. She directed us to where to find sizes and knew exactly what he needed for school. The store is packed with not only school uniforms but all kinds. A bit in the pricey side but that's the price of sending kids to charter school I suppose. read more

When I walked in I thought they had a wide selection, but I never saw an employee for 20-30 mins (except for two young children sitting on the floor in the middle of the store that seemed to belong to whomever worked there who must've been in the back somewhere.) When I went to the counter an employee emerged who was very pleasant and I purchased two sets of scrubs. 48 hours later I came back to return the scrubs, as the travel contract I thought I would be taking was canceled, and I no longer needed them. Although all tags were attached and I had the receipt, they stated that their policy is "no refunds" and I "should have read that on the receipt." I pointed out to them that I'm not given the receipt until after my purchase is completed. They stated that they understand my frustration but there's nothing they can do and it's "their bad" for not telling me. So I'm out $90 for two sets of scrubs I have no use for. read more

Apparently this is the only place to get my daughter's charter school uniform. I've been in here a few times and I hate that they have no competition in the area. Maybe that is why they are so rude. I went in early August to get my daughter's uniform tops and a jacket. The school recommends the jackets be embroidered with your child's name. After paying I was told to go to the back where the one employee was embroidering lots of shirts to be sold. She never acknowledged me at all. There was one person in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes (still no acknowledgement) I asked if there was another employee that could help her and was told only one person could work the machine. I decided I didn't want to wait any longer and I went up to the front to suggest that they notify customers know how long the wait is going to be. The guy at the front was quite rude and I told him I was planning on submitting a review on Yelp. He told me "go ahead". The previous year I had to special order my daughter's skorts as they were out of her size. Just a regular size, nothing out of the ordinary. They had been out of her size for many weeks according to the person at the front. I thought that was odd since this was shortly before school was to start so you would think they would immediately reorder and restock when they are out of a particular popular size. Well, the items came in and nobody bothered to call me so after a few weeks I called them only to have them tell me the items were in. When I asked why nobody called me I got "we were busy ". I've never been in a retail establishment where I have been treated so rudely and like I was an inconvenience to them. Even when you're checking out it is a long process and they usually only have one person working the register. She was on the phone and never acknowledged me either until she was done with the phone call. No "sorry to keep you waiting" or anything. Next year I plan on buying the shirts elsewhere and take them to the guy in the Edison Mall who can embroider anything and have the shirts done there. I will not give this store anymore of my money. read more

Disorganized. Multiple issues with place since day one. After calling yesterday to find out hours for embrodiary today. Drove 40 minutes today to be told nobody able to on Sunday. Heard machine working but thats only for "school uniforms". Other issues inluded being charged for 5 items to be embrodered when only had two. No refunds only exhanges. Waited 3 weeks for order no phone calls when came in. If my employer had not had contract with them I would be going elsewhere. read more

My experience: 1. Walked in. No acknowledgement from the staff....Nothing....Simply ignored. Ok. Fine. Maybe they're busy.... 2. Boxes EVERYWHERE! The place is a claustrophobics nightmare! Good god. The entire left hand side of the store when walking in is just at least 4 boxes high of shit. It's everywhere. 3. Like I said there is shit everywhere....and it's packed. I was looking for a lab coat. Where to begin? I stood in the only area of the store that had any space to it (right when you walk in because there needs to be space for the door to open) and eyed the room for anything white. I finally spotted a rack of lab coats. 4. The lab coats were crammed into a single rack. If you pulled 1 lab coat out to look at it the 1 behind it would fall off the hanger. It was a mess. After about 15 minutes of looking, rehanging, picking up off the floor, repeat, I finally found a few.... 5. Mirror you may ask? No where in sight. Of course. Definitely on par for this clustered mess of a store. I looked for the dressings rooms. Multiple zigs and zags through the maze of a store later I saw an area with plywood attached to the wall forming teeny tiny dressing rooms. Great. I go into the first room. No mirror. Great. What's the point? 2nd dressing room. 1 hook. Excellent. Where do I hand my purse? Where do I hang the items after I try them on? Good grief. 6. I step out of the dressing room. Where do you put the items you're not going to purchase? Good question. There is an 8x10 piece of paper taped to the wall above a plastic tub that says "place items here to be restocked". Classy. 7. I make my way to the register. Wait in line. Someone is checking out with a coupon (it may have saved the customer money, but not her time...). Another employee is at a register just typing. She looks to be ringing in damaged items. Rudely she continues to ring in these damaged items with no acknowledgment that someone is in line waiting. Nothing. So I wait.....wait.......wait......Confusion with the customer's coupon.....questions......more questions.......still waiting.....Finally the lady acknowledges me and tells me to step over to another register. By the way the poor customer in front of me is still being rung out...still confusion over a coupon. The lady gets my items rung and forgets to put 1 item in the bag. I had to pick it up and put it in the bag for her. She says, "Oh. That always happens to me. I'll get home at night and remember. Silly me." What a great employee! 8. My favorite part. She asks for my card to pay. I give her my Visa. She REFUSES to run it as credit. "If the card says debit we HAVE to run it as debit. Store rules." I responded, "So I get to pay the fee and you don't." To which she responds, "I really don't know. Maybe. Haha." 9. I take my purchased items and walk out of the store. Oh, by the way, the customer that was in front of me was still there by the register while the employee was still fumbling around with her coupon. Wow. This place is a complete and total mess. read more

I have been coming here for years unfortunately. I have never had much of a choice since this is where my children's charter school sends us. The uniform prices are ridiculous and we can't go anywhere else. I ordered my son's uniform tops since July because they were out of stock as always. This is August now and still NO PHONE CALL. Don't tell me you guys have not received any in stock! Today is the day before school starts and I have been calling ALL day and NO ONE has answered the phone! Come on you don't have 2 minutes to pick up the phone! I already PAID for these items and need them TODAY! Finally after 23 calls, someone picked up and hung up on me. I'm sure they are tired of the calls back to back but I am also tired of waiting for you to pick up the damn phone. So still as I write this I am calling with no answer. I live an hour away and would be extremely upset if I have to drive down there for them to tell me they don't have his uniforms in stock when they could have answered my damn question over the phone! read more

I came in twice within one week at the new location. The first visit, I purchased some things for my three children. During this visit, no one offered to help me (as I totally looked lost). After fending for myself, I was able to checkout with ease so it made up for the lack of help on the sales floor (the cashier was friendly). An item that I purchased was the wrong size so a few days later, I came back to exchange it. This time my cashier was sort of rude. Whenever I asked her a question, she responded with "umh huh". She didn't seem like she wanted to help me. As usual, I didn't get any help on the sales floor. Both of my visits I didn't receive any help. As a mater of fact, I have been shopping here for the past 6 years and have only been helped a handful of times. Since CSUSA contracts with this place, I am unable to shop anywhere else for my children's uniform. Just a quick note, both times that I visited, the place wasn't busy at all. Terrible, terrible customer service! So disorganized it's quite unbelievable. Lost my order, then found it after I insisted they search. When order came in they never called to let me know. I had to keep calling them. Finally went to pick it up and they ordered incorrect sizes. Has to be reordered ...... No surprise there! Another 7-10 business days to arrive. I ordered this back in the beginning of February now it's mid April and still no uniforms. Get me once shame on you get me twice shame on me! Yesterday I went to the uniform store in ft meyers.  I have my mixed feelings about this store. First the store is so so cluttered that it makes walking through nearly impossible.  I couldnt bring my stroller in the store. So I had to carry my son around. 2nd the small selection on skorts.  3rd the staff wow so un friendly and not helpful at all. I almost wished I hadn't asked for help! I asked about sizes which the girl really had no clue about what I was talking about. I asked about husky sizes she had no clue. Then I said ok so do you have any sizes bigger than a 20 in the back like the 20.5 . Which I was holding a 20.5 in my hand. She then looks on the rack right where were standing. Says no we dont carry anything bigger than a 20. I said well thats not true im holding a 20.5.. then she says she will go check which by the way shes annoyed that I asked. Then proceeded to walk back towards the register. I have no clue why since the back room was back behind us? So then she comes back 2 mins later says no they don't.  To go online and see what sizes there was. 4th the dressing rooms. There are huge gaps between the door. As my 9 year was Changing I could clearly see her!! There were men in the store near the dressing rooms waiting for therewives.so I had to Stand in front of the door so you couldnt see her change through the huge crack. The ONLY postive I can say is that the prices are great! I do like that you Wil put school logos on shirts do free if you buy them. However I did not see any but grown up polos. I left the store feel in rather peeved that was such a nightmare. However I was happy we got three skorts that for the moment will fit my daughter. I really was hoping I would of been able to buy them all in 20.5. If there was I would of bought a lot more skorts. I just didn't want to waste money on clothes that will probably only fot a couple months. That store and staff need a lot of help. read more

I am so sick and tired of the rude employees here at the ft Myers location! I have no choice but to shop here because it is the only uniform store in my area! I am NEVER acknowledged when I walk in. In fact it seems like there's only two employees in the whole store at any given time and even if you aproach them it's like they are too busy to attend to you. So I get what I need and check out. At check out at my last visit the cashier LOURDES refuses to give me my hospital employee discount despite requesting it three times! She tells me to swipe my card after fiddling on her computer. I thought she finally punched in the discount, so I comply. After explaining to her that the discount was not applied she simply turns around the credit card machine and accepts the charge! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!?? She just printed out my receipt and highlighted all over it and handed it to me. Nothing else. No thank you, no explanation. I was so angry I grabbed my child and took off out of the store. Worst absolute worst customer service! I wish another company would come and shut u down. read more
