Busy store. They serve a lot of professions and businesses including charter schools. They offer embroidery too. You can bring your own shirts in for embroidery of the logo to the business you work for if allowed by your company. They have a large selection of clothing, styles and colors. This store is impressive. It is busy. I waited in a long line to reach the check out counter for about 20 minutes. read more

Walked in. Wasn't greeted. Wasn't asked if I needed help finding anything. So I browsed the whole store; maybe more than I needed to, but whatevs. I finally asked if I can try on scrubs and I was told where the fitting rooms were. No problem. Was my first time there. The female left for the day and I didn't see the one guy who told me where the fitting rooms were. Idk if he had left too. By the time I was ready to purchase, I now saw Chris and asked if we got discount if in the medical field. He said yes:). He was very nice and polite. I briefly chatted because I'm just like that . Good selection of items with occasional coupons. I've gotten lab coats here before and had them embroider them on the spot. Not a long wait but sometimes they don't have anyone to do alterations. I think they only have them on specific days. Small selection of men's scrubs. Yesterday I came looking for a lab coat for work and asked the person working if she can order me smaller sizes. She said "we can but not now." And I looked at her with a puzzled look and asked her to clarify. She said we can but not now because.... We have a hospital sale and a school sale going on soon so we can't. I said even if I pay for them? And she said yes. I found that odd. But I decided to order my two coats on Amazon instead. Otherwise place is clean and not cluttered, good selection of scrubs for women. read more

School website had the advertisement of $-- dollars off when you spend so many dollars on uniforms. Advertisement clearly states online. There are no disclaimers and no expiration date. But when the coupon didn't work online and after reaching out to them they state the coupon is expired and was only valid in store? It appears they offer coupons and then change and state the complete opposite of what the actual coupon says in order not to give a discount. Why offer anything then?? read more

the tall blondish lady who claimed she was the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Came looking to see if my business can work with them for security uniforms and she rudely told me they don't do that as I'm looking at the security uniforms.. i said i had called a few weeks ago and talked to a lady who said I can come in and we can talk about what I would need and she could set up a contract she said well she doesn't work here so whatever she said isn't valid .. really weird and unprofessional guess we will find someone else to work with, this company needs help with customer service clearly. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked in to the store to buy my neice uniforms and I what I had to experience was disrespectful, lack of empathy and unprofessional. The employee Sophia that rang me up started screaming at another employee in front of me. I was absolutely flabbergasted and was honestly scared for my well being. She did not offer apology for the screaming and just continued to check me out with no regard of what just happened! Never shopping here again! Great customer service. Place has definitely improved in the past 2 years. Clothes were nicely folded, labeled, and in stock. There were a great amount of staff with knowledgable help. Prices are reasonable and material is worth the price. Even more, I had a gift card that states "expires after 12 months" but they honored it due to expiring during covid lockdown. read more

If you're looking for a great clean place that has plenty of selection for uniform scrubs come here!! Plenty of styles, and they sell shoes too. Im 5'1" and was able to find several sets and pants I wear Petite. They have plenty of dressing rooms and the scrubs are priced very fairly. I like that they have their own brand "AUW" which fit comfortably and come in a variety of colors. I would've given them 5 stars but they were out of my size w the AUW tops. Bonus: they also sell uniforms, call to confirm if they have your schools uniforms here. They also do simple embroidery for a very small affordable price. They had to order a different size for me and they said it would be around 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I went to the store to check if my order was in and found out no one placed the order. So now not that they just wasted my time but now I have to wait for weeks again for my order to arrive. The ONLY store I can buy my kid's uniform shirts at. They didn't have his size and school colors available (he was accepted first week of school) so i bought what theyI placed an order. They could not give me a timeframe whatsoever. I asked a week? I don't know. A month? I don't know. flash forward 3 weeks I call, and they have no record of my PAID in full order. On the phone the employee says, well we have two shirts here that I don't know who they belong to. What?! Right size. Right school. Wrong color. She says they were never ordered and I could have taken them home 3 weeks ago. I am so mad. I wish there was another store for my 5 kid's uniforms, and I don't want to give them another penny, but what can I do? **update. This was posted end of August. It is now mid October and they JUST called me to ask if I ever received the clothes I bought and paid for. This company is completely unorganized. read more

I decided to check this place out to buy my scrubs, I should've just went to my regular spot by Meadows Mall. Although they have quite more selections of brand than my usual go-to place.. their customer service at this place is not good. I've seen 4 staff by the register when I came in and none of them asked and checked if I needed anything the whole time I was there. Even the girl checking me out kept talking to another employee, who didn't even bother to tell me about their no return, refund only policy. I will not be coming back at this place. read more

Definitely five stars only because of Leila! She's honestly the best employee you have. She always greets with a smile and helps with anything I need. She takes care of my embroidery for my business and does an amazing job. On the other hand you have one employee idk her name but she's completely rude and unprofessional. I came in yesterday around 2 and she was at the register without a mask and asked her to wear one and she gave a complete attitude about it. Like I'm sorry if I have to wear one so do the employees. The person who was helping me was pretty clueless. Brought in my voucher for work and the guy helping me how the font and the logo should be. Mind you, they have it in their computer system on the size, the logo etc. on the sheet for employee name he ask for my name and then he said on the last name is it LOGO.. I told him my last name is not logo, that's where the company logo will go..... also it took almost 2 months to get my uniform. When I asked why it took so long they said they didn't have my phone number but I gave it to the person taking the order and they have our company name and phone number. read more

My experience here was great. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean!! They offer a variety of styles and colors which I love. The prices are pretty fair and if you bring your hospital badge you get 10% off! They have a seamstress on site that will alter your uniforms. It's a little more expensive if you don't buy them there, but well worth the convenience! I've tried other places in town, and the same pants were cheaper here. I definitely will be back!! read more
