With only one day's notice, he delivered a temporary bed directly to her facility so she could come home as planned. He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here.
