My hubby and I ventured into this store a week ago and were warmly greeted by the beautiful Arielle who managed to handle the front cashier spot as well as walk around the store helping customers with all their selections and information regarding sales and corporate discounts for people needing work shoes. What a delightful young lady. We walked in prepared to purchase 1 pair of work shoes and ended up with an additional pair for leisure wear. Great store with a great selection of comfy work shoes for my hubby. Will definitely return when we need new shoes for work because the price we paid is totally in line with most budgets. read more

This review is only on the staff. Not on selection, or value, or anything else. I can go into this store and usually find what I need. I shop mostly for my grandboys. It is clean, I miss the popcorn maker. This particular Monday afternoon we found what we where looking for, and went to the checkout. We were meant by a nice young woman. Her name badge was turned around on her necklace. Her Assoc #131773 is on my receipt. How very sweet and kind this woman was. Knowledgeable and business like. But friendly and considerate. I appreciate the attention she gave me and my grandboys and am grateful for the brief encounter. My day was made better by Assoc #131773. I am sure that her mother is very proud of her. read more

My son wanted to buy a new pair of sneakers and we decided to stop by the SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet located in Centennial Hills. This SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet is located next to Home Depot, with ample amount of parking spots. Inside the store, there are a wide variety of options to choose from such as sneakers and apparel. There is also a clearance section. I'm surprised at how many different comfort fits SKECHERS has available! There are even slip on shoes and sneakers available. It was nice to see a wide variety of options inside SKECHERS. My son found a new pair of sneakers, in his size, that he really liked at SKECHERS. Check out process was a breeze! We didn't have any of the team members greet us as we entered the outlet, nor did we have anyone come up to us and ask if we needed any help, but my son was able to locate the shoe style that he was interested in. read more

This is an update to a previous rating. First, 5 stars to the staff who assisted me at this store, Arielle. She was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. I did make several purchases, but it seems the Outlet turns a lot of shoes and they didn't have my size 10 in stock on several different models. What gives with that? As big a company as they are, they should not run out of models that are quickly selling out. read more

Good sales, they have a pretty decent style of footwear to choose from. Service was good they let you browse When you're ready for help with anything they offer to help you with finding a style or size that you're interested in. Prices are reasonable compared to other shoe stores. read more

The on duty manager. Jenn, laughed and made fun of my disabled friend in a motorized scooter (wheelchair) when we were in that store last week. [Centennial Hills location in LV, NV]. It was disappointing, to say the least, to walk into a store and witness a manager laughing, and telling another employee to turn around and look at her, and then continue laughing and making fun of her. We gave your company a pretty decent purchase that day, but no more. After discussing the way that employee was, we are returning all the shoes this week. Also, we are NOT shopping in your store ~ ever again. It's actually very immature and rude of the manager. On her own time she can be childish and caddy, and make fun of disabled people all she wants, but at work and behaving like that, it is truly shameful. To walk in and be treated like that is unacceptable, so, none of us will be giving you our business anymore due to our discriminatory and hateful experience. My friend has to use a scooter and she cannot walk anymore. Although she was taken back that it was an employee, a manager, at that, she was more concerned that this doesn't happen to the next person. They don't deserve to be ridiculed and treated like that either. She did not take it too personally or get offended, but the rest of us did! When she goes shopping and enters.a store she should not be treated that way, especially by an employee who is working, on the clock. It's very disrespectful. Scored 1 because I can't enter a 0. Started my visit with a 15 minute wait at the check out waiting for anybody to notice me and assist. I asked to order shoes because my size was not in stock. That is fine I wear a 14 and expect that. My issue was spending another 15 minutes while the clerk struggled with finding my shoes and then inputting my information for the order. I had to repeat my data and swipe my card at least 5 times. Luckily I was only charged once. This is where my issues really began. I was told the shoes would be sent to my home from another Las Vegas location in 3-5 days. It turns out the shoes would be sent from a store in California. I found out the Cali store didn't receive my info until 6 days after I placed the order. How do you promise 3-5 days and not even place the actual order for 6? I was told I would receive tracking information via email. 10 days later I have nothing. I was promised a "call back" by the store manager twice. Again nothing. I called and spoke with the manager she fed me some BS that the shipping store couldn't find the tracking info or any receipt for my order. I asked if the district manager knew about this situation and was told yes. I asked what did the DM say to do. That is when the manager admitted she had actually NOT spoken to the DM. I requested a refund and was told no "can't get my money back". Basically I'm out $90. I've been lied to 3 times. And I don't have new shoes. I love Skechers shoes. I recommend not shopping this store. They lie and steal. read more

I took my shoes in there that I bought for my wife in the box with the receipt and the bag she wore them for two days and they hurt her feet. They cost me $60. The lady at the counter told me she cannot return them because they've been worn too much, the policy is sketchers sucks the girl behind the counter her eyes were bloodshot you could smell the weed on her sketchers. Your policy sucks you need to test your customer service your people that work for you everything about your store. I will never shop and sketchers again you suck ass. read more

Went during Memorial Day weekend and they advertised 20%, so I was excited to buy shoes for my daughter. When I checked out I asked nicely if the 20% discount or military discount applied. They lady that helped in the cashier rolled her eyes and immediately said no in rude manner and started to ask if I'm legit in the military. Then to make situation even more awkward, she started asking when is my birthday and my zodiac sign. I was thinking, is this a joke or you just trying to be weirdly friendly. Service wise I don't like this location anymore. She's not fit to be placed in the cashier or customer service. Definitely stick to other brand. Whoever manager in that location need some serious training to guide their employees to serve customer in good manner. read more

I went in today with the mindset that I would try some shoes on and buy online from zappos or amazon. But I ended up purchasing at the store. The employees were everything that I could ask for in a retail store. I came in and wasn't bothered, harassed, pressured or grilled about what I wanted. They were present always and when I had a question or needed a size all I did was look up and less than 10 seconds I had the attention of someone who was willing to help and kind about it. They were respectful and friendly. I will definitely be back to purchase shoes for my wife and kid in the future because of my experience. Keep it up guys! We went in to get my husband a new pair of Skechers since his current pair had a hole worn through the bottom. We had just bought them a few months ago. Started chatting with Danielle when she was helping us and I told her what had happened. She told us since it was still in the warranty period, we could exchange them. So Awesome! This Skechers store is amazing. The customer service was second to none both ladies Kiki and the store manager Sophia were absolutely amazing.
