Horrible horrible customer service or lack of!!! I was in the store around noon. I was the only customer. There were 2 employees present. The so called manager and associate. I went into the dressing room to try on several items. Not once in over 10 minutes did either one come back to check on me. However, I could hear them talking (in Spanish) to one another at the register the WHOLE time. I was completely ignored! I decided not to buy the $200 dollar dress. I told them why and walked out. They basically could care less. Very disappointed in TB store and lack of customer service. read more

Not helpful at all. My husband and I went to exchange 2 shirts that were sent to him for a work event which were the wrong size. The employee treated us as if we were trying to pull a scam. She was not helpful or even cordial. What a surprising lack of customer service for such a high end mall and brand name. I am glad the shirts were complimentary because I'd be even more disappointed if we had actually purchased them. No longer a fan of the brand and certainly will not be a customer. read more

What a hit and miss place! The disappointing thing about thinking your special is your really not. Class isn't really assigned to the car dealer, just because he/she sells Ferrari's. Now that you got the sermon lets jump into the continuing saga. I'm a frequent flyer at Tommy Bahamas, the pros and cons at this Merrick Park store are like a kids See / Saw. Great clothing line, but they move the clothing around so much that you can't find what you really wanted from before. Then there's the customer service, either it's so overbearing you feel like a black man in a jails intake center or it's non existent. Today; however, it was the managers turn to fu$& up, she and three employees were in the process of cleaning and straightening up the business. However, it felt like you the customer were in third world brothel (not that I would know). Or at least a sports bar. Meaning you could hear them in the next store, besides the fact while these three played, they would inadvertently get in your way, I guess since the manager is having fun, everyone should too. Well, I couldn't find what I wanted, another employee came to my aid; however disappeared. Very frustrating. Although I was able to pick out some flip flops, I took them to the cash registrar and the waiting game began. Thank God the manager came, no really I meant it's to bad God didn't strike her dead, but the manager strolled by and asked if I was ready. I guess she noticed the cob webs growing on me. She asked if I was registered with Tommy Bahamas and I said yes, she played with computer and said I wasn't. As my desires to send her to a burning place occupied by lawyers, insurance salesman and all politicians, I realized Tommy Bahamas no longer needed me at this store. I would have an online future from now with TB, these knuckle heads can go back to playing. read more

I was never a fan of the old silk Hawaiian style shirts with the silly Margaritaville graphics on the back, but their new linen collection is just my style. Great colors, quality and attention to detail. A little more expensive than Banana Republic, but superior in every way. Excellent customer service too. read more
